Web Order - Required Fields
My customers are doing curbside pickup. Besides required fields of Name, Address, Phone Number , etc. We need Make, Color of Vehicle picking up the curbside order. We also need pickup time. All of these would need to print on the Kitchen receipt.
Text Notification- For online orders
Need the following alert to be triggered to the phone number associated with the customer when he completes the online order:
*. Text the Customer when the order is SUBMITTED
*. Text the Customer when the order is READY
AUTO CLOCK OUT AFTER CASHIER OUT
Have the ability to have the option for Employees to Clock Out after they Cashier out in the Till Management > Reports screen. And have the Clock Out time reported in their Cashier Out report.
Flow/Example: When Employees Click on "Cashier Out" pop up comes and gives them option to "Clock Out" also and then followed by "Do you want to print Cashier Out" option (which it does now).
Service Charge - Indian Market
We have to implement Service Charge at 7.5% for Indian market . This is not part of Tax structure. All food and Beverages will have 7.5% service charge . The service charge part of food will be taxed at 5% GST. We are already at stage of going live and was a show stopper today. Kindly keep this as a high priority requirement as the Tax structure and Service charge for Indian market is not configurable.
Cash drawER OPEN
WOULD LIKE THE CASH DRAWER TO HAVE ABILITY TO OPEN ON ANY PAYMENT TYPE. EXAMPLE: SIDE CC ALLOW DRAWER TO OPEN TO ALLOW CLIENT TO PYT SLIPS IN DRAWER. WE ARE 90% PLASTIC SO HITTING NO SALE AFTER EVERY SALE IS NOT A VIABLE OPTION.
Delivery Module - Assigning / Unassigning Driver
NAMSCORP has requested the capability to unassign a delivery driver & return the order into an "unassigned state" when an order is accidentally assigned too early for delivery. This is on behalf of their merchant, Al's Pizzeria.
Currently, you are only able to assign the order to a different driver.
Feature Request: Abandoned Cart Tracking for Online Ordering
Summary:
We would like to request the addition of abandoned cart tracking functionality within the Linga Online Ordering system.
Description:
Currently, the system does not provide visibility into carts that customers begin but do not complete. This results in lost sales opportunities and limits the ability to troubleshoot issues customers may encounter during checkout.
With abandoned cart tracking, the system would:

Capture and store customer information (name, email, phone) once entered in the checkout process.

Track items that were added to the cart but not purchased.

Provide reporting/analytics so merchants can view abandoned cart trends (number of abandoned carts, value of abandoned carts, recovery rate, etc.).

Optionally, allow automated or manual follow-ups (e.g., email/SMS reminders with cart details or promotions).

Help identify and troubleshoot ordering issues by showing where in the checkout process customers are dropping off.

DOORDASH INTEGRATION
There needs to be a direct integration for DoorDash so we can stop using third party aggregators. There is one for DoorDash Drive already, so why not DoorDash too?
POS Dark Mode
Partner requested the ability to have a dark mode on the POS like we have in the BO.
