Gift Card Balance Check
The printers do not currently print out a remaining gift card balance when we do a balance check.

Allow special characters to be include in SKU codes
Allow merchants to create inventory items with special characters, i.e. periods (.), hyphens (-).
Merchants can receive items that have special characters included in the SKU codes from the manufacturer of that product. They are unable to scan these products into their inventory system in Linga.

Add Payment Type details to Closed Check Data
Add Payment Type details to Closed Check Data such as cash, credit card, gift card, etc. If possible, even distinguishing the type of credit card (visa, MC, Discover, Amex).

- Ensure faster allocation of checks between terminals.

- Improve reporting to allow meal period granularity.
- Reporting by Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
- Allow for individual print-outs per shift/meal period.

Employee time Clock report
Request for a notification to be provided when an employee is about to hit a set amount of hours/going into overtime. Example- if an employee clocks in on Monday but forgot to clock out and doesn't return back to work until Thursday, the system has already accumulated more than 40 hours for the employee and need to adjust their time. A notification alert allows the management team to know ahead of time so issues of unauthorized pay being provided to employees who did not actually work their shift. Merchant requesting this to be a proactive measure BEFORE they go and perform clock in/out adjustments or for this to be used as a cautionary alert so the management team can make schedule adjustments.
Merchant is aware of the option for notifications to be sent for every clock in/out but this produces too many notifications for large business with numerous employees working multiple shifts. (Example- when having 51 employees work in one day, that produces 104 notifications, but none show the week's total).

Mix & Match Discount Restriction Working Backwards
When they are setting up a mix & match discount and it only has a restrict time and not the available time like the other discounts. This prevents them from setting a time frame that they need for the discount to work. Are we able to change this to available like the others? Or set up both? The merchant has combo discounts that they need this for and only during specific times.

EMPLOYEE CASHIER OUT REPORTS [TIPS & GRATUITIES]
The Tips and Gratuity section is pretty confusing with numbers that don't add up. This is a new site and they charge 3% to the credit card tips, but the math isn't mathing.
If there is a gratuity on a check and that check is paid with a CREDIT CARD then the Tip Charge should apply to that Gratuity.
If there is a gratuity on a check and that check is paid with CASH then there is no Tip Charge needed.
Can you please reformat the [TIP / GRATUITY] section to show as the example.
Added Bonus if the Server/Bartenders can have their CC Transactions listed above the [SUMMARY] section. This will allow them to see if there is a mistake or if they missed any. Every system from Aloha to Toast has this. The more familiar we make the reporting the more comfortable the customer will be and less phone calls we will receive

Capability to capture Customer Birthday from Zenfoody OLO & Custom App for offering birthday promotions
Currenlty from Loyalty accounts visible in store and the back office there is a birthday field but no way for our customers to enter their birthday. We'd like to be able to capture customer birthdays on Zenfoody Online Ordering, and the Custom App, and be able to offer Free drinks(or other discounts) on their brithday.
- Custom App & Zenfoody Online Order should ask the customer to input their Birthday on sign up.
- If a customer has already signed up the app should ask them to input their Birthday on feature release.
- Ability to tie discounts to the Customer Birthday fields for promotions
- Push Notifications on Mobile App to notify the customer they have a birthday promotion available
- Email notification to notify the customer they have a birthday promotion available
