we are having issues with our EMV Device where the device will beep before it is actually ready for the card to be removed. Customers mistake the beeping for meaning that it is ready to be removed, and after they remove their card the EMV device says an error message. Even though the error message plays their card receives a charge, resulting in a double charge after they try it again.
We need to fix the timing of the beeps to play 1-2sec after the card is finished processing(after the "Remove the card" screen appears).

• Room Charge – a way to request a Room Number Prompt – when tendering final check and then have it charged to that selected room

Skip the dishes  and uber eats are the biggest  players in canada. Atleast , you should provide direct integration with them instead of through chowly. since chowly is asking for addition charges. As per my discussion with your team member, uber eats direct integration is under process so i am suggessting you to look for skip the dishes too as the are best service providers in canada and user prefer them... Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, please look into adding a direct integration with deliveryfirst.com. they are a local network of drivers who allow restaurants to save a lot of fees from uber eats/doordash/grubhub.

This company already integrates with Toast and local merchants are considering switching POS if they can keep the benefits of deliveryfirst drivers.
