Receipt Options on the Customer Facing Display
Currently there is no option to have customer choose their receipt option on the Customer Facing Display after they have signed/paid for the order. We would like to give the customers the option to select themselves.

This feature is released to production today. Feature is available in new POS build 4.4(1.7) and CDS 3.0.4(2.2). We really appreciate everyone's patience with this feature. Please test and share your feedback!

CDS Customer Profile: Allow to add name and email on customer side.
If customers can add name and email then marketing campaigns could be done much more efficiently.

CDS No tip No highlight
Can we please disable the automatic highlighting of the "No Tip" option on the CDS tip screen so that customers do not instinctively decide to hit that option and tips are greatly decreased.

On customer facing screen, there needs to be an acknowledgement that the payment has been processed successfully.

Customer Display Signature Under X $ Amount
For the iOS version we would like for the customer display to only request for signature if the transaction is over a set amount.

CDS Font size
Is there any way to make the Customer Display app text larger? I can increase the size of the display and text from the android settings but it's not large enough on the totals in the actual app

Feature Request - FVP - CDS Showing Loyalty Points & Balance
- CDS displaying customer loyalty points in a customer’s account after they punch in their phone number on the CDS.
- After loyalty points are deducted from the transaction, the CDS should show the remaining balance due.

CDS Freezing
Anyone having connectivity issues with the IP version customer display app on iOS? CDS freezes in middle of taking a customer's order. Merchant isn't aware until another customer advises them that their order isn't accurate. Merchant has to force close the CDS app and reopen it for it to reconnect and reflect the correct customer's order. This occurs at all locations using IP CDS version and has occurred several times during a shift. I confirmed that the IP address are reserved. Bluetooth worked pretty good as long as the iPads remained on and didn't enter sleep mode or turn off. Reconnecting Bluetooth always required more steps and even force closing both applications for it to reconnect but don't recall ever losing connection during use.

Customer Login From Customer Display
Before a new transaction is started, we should have an option to ask for customer phone number on the customer display.
If the phone number is found it will bring up the account. If not the customer can enter in a name to create an account

This is already available, please enable the Customer Display Profile in BO and then press "Walkin" on POS.
