Request to have a report that has all of the employee tips on one sheet but sectioned out for employees each and not combined.

Currenlty from Loyalty accounts visible in store and the back office there is a birthday field but no way for our customers to enter their birthday. We'd like to be able to capture customer birthdays on Zenfoody Online Ordering, and the Custom App, and  be able to offer Free drinks(or other discounts) on their brithday.

1. Custom App & Zenfoody Online Order should ask the customer to input their Birthday on sign up.
   1. If a customer has already signed up the app should ask them to input their Birthday on feature release.
2. Ability to tie discounts to the Customer Birthday fields for promotions
3. Push Notifications on Mobile App to notify the customer they have a birthday promotion available
4. Email notification to notify the customer they have a birthday promotion available

Can you please add an extra section on the sales reports that show the total credit card bank deposit amount?.  Right now you have to manually add up 5 different numbers on the report in order to get this number.   The customer should be able to easily check and balance their bank deposits with the Linga reports and right now they have to manually add the following information up to come up with the deposit amount.  Please contact us if you would like further details / examples.

It would be very nice to have the option to show the digital tip screen after the payment is processed on an iPad or tablet instead of only being able to show it before the payment is processed. Some of our customers feel like it's out or order in the payment process.

We have had a situation where a Cashier would quickly tap a large % on the Cashier side when the Tip screen appears and then quickly tapping the CONTINUE button so the total is sent to the PAX device. The cardholder does not see the added tip and simple taps/inserts their card.  The ticket is paid for with the unknown tip and customers are advising later that day and next day they did not tip that amount. 

I have had multiple merchants request and/or ask about a feature that would allow low pars to auto populate into the 86 list, preventing them from suddenly overselling if there is an usually high purchase rate for a product/item in store and online. This would be an optional configuration, allowing the merchant to have control over which items have permission to auto populate.

We need the ability to change the display order of how modifiers are showing on the KDS. 

Currently it's: Included then Mandatory Modifiers then Optional Modifiers.

We need the ability to sort the display order like we can do with how modifiers show on the POS screen when we update the "Display order" field.

In addition have the ability to change the color for included modifiers, mandatory modifiers and optional modifiers. 

And if any modifier in the included modifiers is changed to "No" or modded, it needs to display with a certain color so it's easy to spot if it has been modded.

We have an account where they pulled up a previous day transaction for $1356 and refunded it.

Now the owner is asking me where the money is because he doesn't believe it's a refund. I told him you can tell it's a refund because of the R in front of the check number that day, but that's not enough.

When I send myself a copy of the receipt, it doesn't say REFUND anywhere. This refund also does not show up on the back office Refund report, apparently only same-day refunds show up there?

Just need a way to more clearly show that this was a past day's check that was pulled up and refunded.

When building modifiers have the option to ‘Copy Modifiers” with all the previous Modifiers “Pre-Fixes and Serving Sizes”.

This will come in handy when building complicated Menus such as Diners.

We need a way to retain a percentage of credit card tips for the house, to cover the cost of processing those tips.

Right now the closest you can get is with Service Charge on tips. This is no good for 2 reasons:
1. It makes you select what type of card you are running at time of payment, an additional step that will annoy most customers.
2. It doesn't work with Surcharge or Dual Pricing, so it's useless.

Ideally you could just put a % of credit card tips that is retained by the house without having to turn off any other settings or service charges.
