Have the Kitchen/Expo Ticket print a PAY or NOT PAID option for Pick-Up/To-Go/Delivery Tickets
When a sight has multiple people handling Phone Orders. Sometimes customer would like to come in and pick-up & pay for their orders (Phone To-Go) or Pay Cash upon delivery aka COD (Cash On Delivery not Call Of Duty). We need something easily identifiable at the Top or Bottom of the Kitchen/Expo Ticket or the Printed Receipt (above or below the customers address) in easy view of the employees view, where it can say [PAID by (insert payment type here)] ex [PAID by CREDIT CARD], [PAID by GIFT CARD] or keep it simple [PAID] or [NOT PAID]
Notifying each kitchen ticket that other printers received tickets on the same order
- Currently there is no alert on a kitchen ticket that there are items on another printer for the same ticket. Merchants with multiple kitchen printers often do not want every item printing on every printer, but DO want to know when a ticket has items on other printers. For example: a restaurant has a kitchen printer and a pizza printer. When the kitchen receives a ticket, they need to know that a pizza is on the same order to properly time the food with the pizza. So the kitchen ticket can just identify that there is also item(s) on the pizza printer. However, the kitchen does NOT want to get all the pizza tickets that do not contain items for the kitchen. Other systems I am familiar with will notify each printer that there are items for the other printers on the ticket.

Requested by current merchant with multiple QSR locations now opening Table Service Locations.
DELIVERY ORDERS Not require a Driver to Close Check
I Currently have a couple of sites that just want to take the [DELIVERY] or [OLO DELIVERIES] orders.
They just want to put in (assign) the customer info and just close the check without having to assign the “Driver”.
If possible just have an option to Disable the option under deliveries ([DOES NOT REQUIRE DRIVER])
As of right now it is way too many steps to close 1 Delivery Check and in a Pizzeria where they managed their own drivers this is very time consuming when the Pizza Man is also the Cashier managing the Counter and 100+ delivery orders on a Weekend Day.
At the very least just select all the checks and hit “DEPARTURE” to send the orders out (so the customer can receive the text “Your order is on its way”) also need the ability to select all the checks from the “OUT’ and hit “ARRIVED” so the checks can close and they can add tips.
Make tip charge separate from service charge
When Service charge is enabled, tip charge is available to apply to all CC tips, however this changes how the receipt prints out its totals compared to surcharge/dual pricing.
Having the ability to apply tip charge to all of these CC charges would give restaurant owners more options for covering their CC processor charges.
improved search function
Customer is a vape shop with a lot of items with similar names. They are requesting improvements to the search function in the pos.
if they start a search for an item that is multiple words they have to get the words in the correct order for it to find it, if they miss a word in the middle it won't find it.
eg "Kratom Vape Raspberry" will find it, "Kratom Raspberry" will not find it.
dont print SEAT when Seat not used
the option to not seat print SEAT should be available for ALL service types.
Not all table service restaurants like to use the seat option.
It confuses chefs when they see SEAT on the KOT
Modifier text font/wrap
we need the ability to change the modifier font size
the text for the modifiers also needs to wrap as all other buttons do
most modifiers are unreadable due to size and not wrapping
Auto Update
Auto update feature that can be turned on or off. When a new update comes out the next time the device closes out the day it auto updates and syncs with back office.
Reprint CC Authorization Slip for Android
Reprint of CC Authorization Slip for Android. In the event an authorization slip does not print due to hardware issues or the authorization slip gets misplaced a manager has the capability to reprint the authorization slip.
