By 10 get 1 free loyalty
our main loyalty is when a customer has purchased 10 coffees (over a period) and is entitled to get one free for every 10 they buy.
this is a standard industry wide loyalty scheme used in every coffee chain i have ever been in..,.
Ideally we want the customer name etc (data) in the system so we can use it for future offers...
currently they hold a cardboard credit card size card that we punch holes in for each coffee they purchase... when they have purchase 10 coffees (card is full of holes) then we give them a free coffee

inventory movement
it would be great if the Inventory system had a Stock Card screen showing all Sales /consumption and all purchases(received).. I know there is something similar in the system but it doesn't link the sales/consumption to the POS transaction and the purchases(received) are not linked to the purchase invoice... below is an example of our current system
this screen really helps is identify transactions that may have been sold for less than cost as well as showing us each movement transaction for an Inventory item and links to the transaction so we can see more details

blank line between menu items on KOT
Its very hard to read KOT when there is no blank line between menu items
a blank line between each menu item would help the chefs clearly see what are modifiers and what are meal items
Increased separation between OLO and 3rd Party.
Currently OLO and 3rd party integration are managed by the same settings. If a restaurant wants to make something OLO only but unavailable for 3rd party, the two are connected by the same slider.
It is also not possible to differentiate taxes because the order types are tracked the same. 3rd party services track and handle all sales taxes while OLO needs to be handled by the restaurant. Right now, sales from 3rd party reporting shows taxes as taxable sales even though the store doesn't need to pay the taxes. Reporting does not reflect this which forces stores to manually do all the math on the taxes which looks very bad from an accounting standpoint.
It would be nice having a more defined line between OLO and 3rd party for the above reasons.
