The cost of each unit should display even if there is no Quantity on Hand - see screen shot from BO

On the bottom of the Menu Item screen you show Menu Price

It would be great if next to this you also displayed Cost and then calculated the Gross Profit(GP) (not including Tax)

It would help also if there was a target GP and a warning if Price less Costs is less than the required GP

It would help on the expiditer screen to be able to Min / Max a cell by bumping the header of the cell 

this will enable the ability to show more orders on the screen for the Co-Ordinator where they can min a cell and max it when needing to look at the order

Need an option or flag where ADD ONS can be open up in a seprate cell to the original order cell

once items are bumped there is no need to show them again with the ADD ONS

our main loyalty is when a customer has purchased 10 coffees (over a period) and is entitled to get one free for every 10 they buy.

this is a standard industry wide loyalty scheme used in every coffee chain i have ever been in..,.

Ideally we want the customer name etc (data) in the system so we can use it for future offers...

currently they hold a cardboard credit card size card that we punch holes in for each coffee they purchase... when they have purchase 10 coffees (card is full of holes) then we give them a free coffee

We would like to have swipe Enabled on devices that except ID badge, like Tdynamos or Bluetooth card readers.

we have more and more merchants that are requesting this feature and does not want to enter DOB.

add the option to split the print by category

add the purchasing unit as a column. 

it would be great if the Inventory system had a Stock Card screen showing all Sales /consumption and all purchases(received).. I know there is something similar in the system but it doesn't link the sales/consumption to the POS transaction and the purchases(received) are not linked to the purchase invoice... below is an example of our current system

this screen really helps is identify transactions that may have been sold for less than cost as well as showing us each movement transaction for an Inventory item and links to the transaction so we can see more details
