Lable printer should be in Portrait view instead of Landscape view. Along with continuous sticky label that cuts for each item.

Cash drawer is not opening on Android devices with the Android POS. The cash drawer does work, and open when using other apps but not with Linga. 

Using this device for Pizza Twist location and using the existing hardware for this location. So, it's not possible to replace the new device. The other POS is working fine but they have issue with Linga POS. Planning to install the POS in multiple locations.
Need to fix the cash drawer issue. 

POS has a feature request on having gratuity shown on the default receipt after paying and not the itemized receipt. Use the itemized to make the customer aware of the added gratuity before payment.

The pricing shows the surcharge price on the split payment options but after taking the payment, if you select "Cash" and pay in full, it'll show how much is due afterward which is the surcharge amount difference. The customer doesn't get charged the surcharge amount with Cash. For it to show both options instead of the surcharge amount by default.

Customer wants a report that can break tips, sales, taxes, and everything else down by shifts. For example, lunch shift sales vs dinner shift sales.

The customer would like to be able to see reports all on one page, such as time clock per employee with the amount of transactions they mad, hours worked, tips made, cash on hand.

Request for a reporting system that shows employees sales compared to others. The store he has wants to promote a competition between servers on who can sell the most of certain items and we do not have an all-in-one report for this.
