Looking for the ability to have the POS stations send items to the KDS monitors at the moment that they are ordered.  Feature is required for all Chick-Fil-A sites.  

This would be an option in the BOH that would cause all items at the moment they are pressed to appear on the same check/ticket.  Similar to how it is handled today with subsequent items added to the check, just would happen 'on the fly'.

According to Brandon and Raquel from "14 Parish", the seat numbers on the tables should not be shown by default because, in their opinion, doing so confuses the waiters/servers.

They want an option to be able to remove the seat count from Table Layout display:

Having the ability to do pricing based on time. Ex:

Lunch 11-5pm 12.95

Dinner 5-12pm 15.95

If a customer wants to use a mix and match discount for a buy one get one discount burger special, the discount can be setup to automatically discount the lower price burger but in the event that a customer adds any modifiers, the auto discount will not discount the item modifiers.  

The item based discounts have a slider for "Include Additional Modifiers".  It would be nice if that was available with the mix and match discount.

I would love to be able to turn web ordering off from the back office. Also schedule closings for holidays ahead of time.

Split Payment Evenly Function isn't available on PAY Screen for the ALLURE TERMINALS.

There no option to Split a Check Payment Evenly in 2 with 2 credit cards in the Payment screen on the Allure.

I've seen the little split icon on the ipad payment screen. Why doesn't it show up on the Allure Terminal Payment screen?

We tried to enter the payment amount (half) and then select eDynamo but it put the entire amount on the Credit Card Payment so that didn't work either.  The only way we were able to split a check in half was to half each item on the split order screen and put it on two checks!

1) On every Delivery there’s a five dollar charge to the customer. At the end of the delivery four dollars goes towards the restaurant and a dollar needs to go towards the drivers. Is there any way to organize this feature for one dollar on every delivery  to be credited to the driver.  This would help because at the end of the night the reports show the driver owing five dollars to the house when the truth is one dollar is kept by the driver. So separating it at the end of each delivery appropriately would help a lot.
2) Also we put in a request a while ago can you please help with the military time that shows up on the list of active enclosed orders. Regular time non-military time would make things a lot easier

3) Also a follow up we sent a request to please put the delivery zones at the top of each respective delivery ticket. This would make life so easy for the staff and it’s just a minor adjustment for you all to make on the backend. My name is Alberto and I am the owner of Alberto’s pizzeria in Volusia County. Right now, all the weekly reports are based on week from Sunday-Saturday, just like you see it on an actual calendar, at least in the US and most business, the work week starts on Monday, so the weekly attendance reports and sales reports should be from Monday-Sunday.

A Combo discount was created in the Mix and Match and this discount shows in Ipad as well as in the OLO.

Add the ability to have different kitchen print name for modifiers, same like menu items, useful when having modifiers in a different language and still be able to show correctly on customer receipt and CDS.
