Ability to access tickets from other stores in an enterprise
We have a chain of retail stores. They accept returns at any location regardless of which store it was purchased at.
The issue they have is that when trying to refund they are not able to access the ticket info from the store it was purchased. They are asking for a way to be able to pull up ticket info from other enterprise stores in the POS.
I currently have them logging in to the enterprise account back office to find the tickets. but they want to be able to do it all through the POS on the ipad.
Enter customer info and continue to ring up items
We have a retail vape chain that is asking for the ability to continue entering items on the ipad while the customer is entering their details on the CDS. Currently when they start a new customer profile on the CDS they are unable to continue scanning items in the POS until the customer is done entering details.
Customize online order confirmation email
Please add options to customize the online order receipt.

need to know the total sales amount tax was charged on compared to gross amount
Need to know how much of the gross sales was subject to sales tax
Add option to send out scheduled reports
We have the option to send out daily reports, could we make it so we can send out summary reports for defined time frames?
Adjusting/Applying Tips from Back Of House from Previous Day
If the Site has Auto Cashier Out / Auto Close Out enabled and an employee forgets to enter a tip or enters an incorrect amount for the tip ($100.00 instead of $10.00), It would be beneficial to have the ability to bring up a Previous Day Batch and find the transaction in question and either Apply or Adjust the Tip.
Time reset on the KDS when a new menu item is entered to not confuse the kitchen
Zenfoody Banner Image looks terrible
The banner image looks very distorted on computer screen and even worse on iphone. If we could add a specific image size that resizes with different screen size that would be the best option
Offline Credit Card Mode
this will help with processor or gateway outages, no internet. or bank change approvals and still be able to communicate with terminals and cloud.
Current offline mode cuts communication from cloud which is why I'm requesting a separate offline mode exclusively for Credit Card Payments.
