Backoffice reports should show "OPEN TICKETS (ORDERS WHATEVER)"

Every US POS I've used and currently use, show the status of OPEN ORDERS (those orders that are active, but not paid). Like 80 tables that have ordered and are eating, but the ticket has not been paid. It let's you know how busy your store is....  LINGA DOESN'T OFFER THIS in the backoffice <------ where management monitors a store's activity.

Add Customer Name to Merchant receipt

There is the option too add customer name to kitchen receipt and customer copy but not the copy that we keep. It would be helpful for when there are issues that we need to look into after the fact.

Service Charge and other taxable fees

In our existing POS, we can design and use items like a "Service Charge", which is taxable and very much like your 'hard-coded' Delivery Charge. We're currently able to create, modify, or delete these items as required. As such, we have no "Delivery Charge," but we do have a "Service Charge," that applies to special orders and/or groups of 6 or more. This 'fee' can be applied either as a 'set' or 'fixed' amount, or as a '%' of the entire ticket. Another example would be, supposed I wanted to implement a "Carry-Out fee?" Or a "baggage fee?" Or any other type of "service" which is taxable. Currently, more than 30% of our orders have some type of 'fee' associated with it, while we have ZERO delivery fees.

The Delivery Charge should be able to be toggled on or off, not hard-coded.

We should be able to add other service fees, or fees in general, much like we do menu items and taxes.

SEPARATE SIDE CC TYPES

HAVE SIDE CC TYPES SEPARATED IN TRANSACTION REPORT.  THERE IS NO WAY TO DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN SIDECC VISA, SIDECC MASTERCARD ETC.

Apple Pay/Sumsung Pay on MagTek / tDynamo Device!

We would like to be able to have the ability to accept NFC enabled payments Apple Pay/Sumsung Pay on a tDyanmo device that is similar to eDynamo but has the core NFC ability. eDynamo is available and works well but it is missing the NFC features which we have to have merchants pick between Pax or Clover rather than the convenience of having the mobile portable device like the tDyanmo, that can also be attached to a iPad case or placed on a small stand.

Open discount - Reason on the POS/BO

Below is the way open discount should show for on the POS this way they do not have to keep typing the reason they can either choose a reason or type a reason.
