Tips show unnecessary trailing zeros on the customer display
The Tips screen when using percentage based tips shows unnecessary trailing zeros on the customer display for the percents. The numbers are entered as a whole number and do not have any decimal in the back office. If for some reason a company decides to go with a decimal number I think it would be ok to display, but don't think I've ever seen that happen.

Assign discount to all split checks (Discount only stays on the original check)
When splitting a check that already has a check discount on it, distribute the check discount to all new split checks.
Becomes very cumbersome and inefficient having to re-add discount to to newly created checks after splitting when the discount applies to everything.
Loyalty Point Accumulation Clarity to Customers
In both the Mobile App & Web Order there is missing component that informs the customer how the loyalty system works. Currently there is only a a counter for points, but there should also be information such as:
- Point accumulation per dollar spent
- Point accumulation per visit
- Notes section which clients can add text and/or maybe an image
- The reason this is important is sometimes promotions are ran we need a way to communicate that the current points summary is only temparary. For extended promotions new customers may not realize that the current accumulation is not the standard which leads to discontent when the promotion ends.
LISTING THE CREDIT CARD TIP AUDIT IN THE CASHIER OUT
Need to have a list of Credit Card Transactions listed in the [CASHIER OUT]. This will allow them to see if there is a mistake entering tips or if they missed any. This would of avoided a blunder earlier this month where a server entered a $5,005.00 tip.
Every system from Aloha to Toast has this. The more familiar we make the reporting the more comfortable the customer will be and less phone calls we will receive

Feature Request - Delivery and Pick Up Orders Pricing and separate menu items
Account-Pizzaman Pikesville (merchant-Bishnu) requested the following features to be implemented
- Separate pricing for delivery and pickup orders.
- Menu segregation based on order type (Delivery vs. Pickup).
- When a customer selects "Delivery," they should not see the pickup menu.
- When a customer selects "Pickup," they should not see the delivery menu.
- In other words, he wants full separation between the menus for each order type in the online ordering system.
Tip Sharing with % of Tips of Servers
Instead of tip sharing calculating based off % of net sale, it should be calculated on % of tips of each server.
Pre-Auth - Optional But not required
A way to configure pre-auth so that it does not pop up when starting a tab, but still have the custom button to apply a pre-auth if desired.
Site does not want to pre-auth for every customer every time, only on specific nights when they have a band playing and don't know the customer by name.
If pre-Auth is enabled I can set a custom button, but it still pops up on every new tab.
If pre-Auth is NOT enabled you cannot set a custom button
CC total on dashboard
Need a total line on the CC dashboard element and a total deposit on both the CC dashboard and sales recap report. Please see attached example

Kitchen Item Notation
Option for there to be a sent with kitchen item notation or sent with pizza item notation when something is sent to one kitchen.
Example: rather than printing the pizza at the kitchen printer, it just prints the kitchen order and says with pizza item at the bottom.
QUICK DELIVERY OPTION
We need a Quick Delivery option. This will allow a delivery order to be quickly closed out without having to assign a driver.
as of right now there are too many steps to process a delivery
- Enter the customers information
- Enter a Credit Card (Unless its Cash)
- Assign the Order to a driver
- Depart the driver
- Return the driver
- Close the Check if Cash
- Close the Driver out
- Add the tip to the credit card charge
We need to simplified this process to just a few less steps
