Change time on phone orders

The location sets the time, but when taking the order if it's too large they want to be able to adjust the time to be more accurate. However, the only way to do so currently is to make a new ticket which wastes time.

We would like to have the option to change the time as needed. Example, click on "To Go" or whatever it is set as, and be able to see the times again to change as needed.

86 List Linked to Zenpepper

In Linga it will be an option to set up a countdown list with menu items, for example 20 steak left. 

This count down will be linked to Zen pepper so if Linga shows 14 available items zen pepper will show the same amount on line.

Server Name in the Transaction List

Add a column to the table that lists the employee that managed the transaction, also add it as a sort option as well

Nested modifiers (modify a modifier)

Nested modifiers (a.k.a. modify a modifier) is a very useful and oft-requested feature. 

An entree comes with a choice of sides. 

  • Side Salad -> included modifiers: tomato, onions, cheese -> Mandatory dressing: Ranch, Bleu Cheese, etc. -> Done
  • Baked Potato -> optional modifiers: butter, sour, bacon, cheese, chives -> Done
  • Veggies -> Done

A "Pick 3" seafood combo requires three seafood choices. 

  • Fish -> Mandatory fish prep type: fried, grilled, blackened, broiled -> Done
  • Shrimp -> Mandatory shrimp prep type: fried, grilled, blackened -> Done
  • Oysters -> Mandatory oyster prep type: raw, grilled, fried -> Done
  • Popcorn shrimp -> Done
  • Deviled crab -> Done

A breakfast entree includes a side.

  • Grits -> Done
  • Cheese Grits -> Done
  • Hash Browns -> optional hash brown add-ins: onions, mushrooms, peppers -> Done

Are you a loyalty member or would you like to join?" and have a yes/no option. 

If a customer selects yes, she would like the system to open the keypad for customers to enter phone number for Loyalty to either sign in, or create a loyalty account. If the customer selects no, the system closes the prompt on the CDS and the cashier would ask for and enter a customers name.

Show Customer Name in Transactions Report

"Back Office -> Transactions -> Report"

When showing the transactions, customer name doesn't show in the list of columns and it is not possible to search by customer name. It doesn't make sense to open each transaction to find the customer name. When opening an order, the customer name is already there, can't you just show it? 

When I contacted the support, they suggested sumbtting a feature request and also they shared this "There is another way to search for a transaction by customer name. From the home screen, navigate to Customers > Customer Info > Search the customers name > under Actions, select View Customer Metrics, and you will see the history of the customer transactions. This will only work if the customer's info was attached the the transaction at the time of sale."  
This won't work if a customer places an order as a guest without creating an account (which actually happens a lot).

Linga GO - Modifiers

Linga GO Device does not showcase modifiers under menu items, unlike a regular POS station and this is highly requested for servers to be able to read back orders to their customers.

Delivery Time on All Orders
