ADD OPEN DOLLAR GRATUITY & INCREASE OPEN PERCENTAGE
We need The ability to add an "OPEN $$ GRATUITY" This is a hot topic for my current clients who do lots of parties and just want to enter a fixed dollar amount as a gratuity to a check.
The "OPEN %% GRATUITY" is limited to 100% and having to figure out a percentage for the tip never adds up. Trying to figure out what the %% that we need to enter when the check is $1,047.22 and we need to add a gratuity of $500.00.
or if a Client pays with a check and the gratuity exceeds the 100% threshold. The customer then has to do manual reports and this is where they start looking else where
Discount Date Range Removes Discount the Date Before the End Date
Anytime Date Range is used for Discounts the Discount has always disappeared the day before the End Date of the Discount. We constantly have to remind people to mark the end date to be the day after the true end date, but this continually gets missed.
Last time I reported this I was told that it was not possible to fix, but I think this needs to be looked at again, and even if it isn't technically feasible to fix at least add a disclaimer so the person making the discount can be reminded while making it so that the site doesn't run into unexpected issues when that day comes.
Save POS settings on a node if signed out
If you sign out of a node would be nice to not have to set the POS settings again after you log back in. If soemone inadvertently signs out, or replacing a terminal.
Add more functionality to loyalty operations especially sorrounding birthdays!
When a customer signs up for loyalty on a CDS allow them to put in more info than just name and phone number (birthday in particular). Also it would be great to have a notification pop up when someone puts in their loyalty info when in store and it is their birthday.
Delivery tickets multi select
Once the delivery tickets are assigned to a driver. We would like the ability to select more than on delivery ticket to print at a time. If the driver had 3 deliveries to go one we ask the they be able to check each delivery then press the print button to print all 3 at once.
Online ordering payments
Customers are getting charge backs due to no 3d payment verification or any kind of secure payment system on the zenfoody site. Chargebacks can’t be fought at all due to thi.
Feature Request - FVP - CDS Showing Loyalty Points & Balance
- CDS displaying customer loyalty points in a customer’s account after they punch in their phone number on the CDS.
- After loyalty points are deducted from the transaction, the CDS should show the remaining balance due.
