See iPad configuration on Back Office
It would be amazing to somehow see the store's iPad configuration somewhere on the back office.
Just view what is enabled in Operations, what's in POS Settings, which Order Types are enabled etc.
Don't want to make changes only view so we can better troubleshoot.
Like a simple categorised list:
Till Settings
- Enable Employees To Set Till: Enabled
- Set Default Till as Global: Enabled
- Enable Dual Cash Drawer: Disabled
- etc. etc
Would this info be possible to pull?

Tip, Swipe, Sign and Receipt with Pre-auth being used.
Currently, if using pre-auth, when going to the payment screen, you can only sign and select a receipt option on screen. It would make sense to also be able to select a tip. In our area, bars all want to pre-auth cards but it's not ideal for the bartender to have to ask a customer how much they want to tip in order to hit Submit so they can sign on screen and select a receipt option. The flow we are trying to use is bartender hits submit on existing pre-authed tab, turns the display around and the customer tips, swipes, signs and emails/prints receipt

Item Based Loyalty
if you set item based loyalty then regardless of the amount of times you order the item in the same sale you will only earn the loyalty once.
e.g coke is set to 1 loyalty point - if 3 cokes are ordered in the same sale you will only earn 1 point instead of 3. the points should accumulate based on the quantity ordered in the same sale and not just once

INTEGRATION WITH SKIP THE DISHES, UBER EATS AND DOORDASH

My store name is VANCOUVER PIZZA KITCHEN. We want to integrate with skip the dishes, uber eats and door dash delivery service providers. Skip the dishes and uber eats are the biggest players in canada. Atleast , you should provide direct integration with them instead of through chowly. since chowly is asking for addition charges. As per my discussion with your team member, uber eats direct integration is under process so i am suggessting you to look for skip the dishes too as the are best service providers in canada and user prefer them... Looking forward to hearing from you.

role permission enhancement
role permissions should be enhanced. an example is -
we want to give permissions for back office log in to only adjust inventory.
however there is no way to allow this without the user having full access to all the tabs under inventory allowing them to make any change.
Also there is no way to hide the dashboard, a user can see sensitive sales information

include number of tables in server report
I would like to see the cashier out or server report to include the number of tables served per server. i.e Seth served 4 tables and Jes served 9 tables on 5/23

Remove tutorial videos that are not working.
Would it be possible to remove the various tutorial videos in the back office that are not working? It would be great to have them working or have updated videos, but in the meantime, I think it leaves a bad impression when someone clicks on the video and it doesn't work.

iPad Case with EMV and Tap - Magtek kDynamo
This looks like a very nice option for the iPad. Would Linga work with these since you already work with other Magtek readers?

time selection online ordering
We noticed lately that a customer can place an online order at 6:24pm to be picked up at 6:30pm. Because that is only 6 minutes that should not be allowed. The ‘rolodex’ clock should therefore default to ‘6:45 pm’ and allow us time to prepare the meal. There has to be a way to set your behind the scenes programming for the clock that when the time they are ordering is less than 15 minutes the clock should not allow them to order unless they select a later time frame.

You can set up minimum pickup time on the Zenpepper admin page under throttling settings.
