time selection online ordering

We noticed lately that a customer can place an online order at 6:24pm to be picked up at 6:30pm. Because that is only 6 minutes that should not be allowed. The ‘rolodex’ clock should therefore default to ‘6:45 pm’ and allow us time to prepare the meal. There has to be a way to set your behind the scenes programming for the clock that when the time they are ordering is less than 15 minutes the clock should not allow them to order unless they select a later time frame.

You can set up minimum pickup time on the Zenpepper admin page under throttling settings.

Printing Split Checks Evenly prior to payment

We are unable to print, evenly split checks, BEFORE being paid. It is only possible to print when splitting a check manually, and dividing each separate item on the check. This is very very time consuming.

An example of a guest interaction. 4 people say .. "Can you split this check evenly". So we can not do it and print. We can only present the check as it is and pick up 4 credit cards or cash.
If we have them on their own seat it is ok and we can print. The problem again is with an even split. Thats in half, thirds whatever. Our old system from 1932 was able to do this. Please please help

We have this option available with Split Seat option. After splitting seats evenly print can be generated before the payment.

Several issue with Hold Item

Once the Item is held, It can not be voided

Once item is placed on hold, the server can not tell how much longer the item is held for.

MODIFY WITH FUNCTION NEEDS TO WORK LIKE IT DOES ON IPADS WHE INSTALLED ON ANDROID AND WINDOWS.  TABLE SERVE NEEDS ABILITY TO MODIFY A MODIFIER QUITE OFTEN.

Add mix and Match discounting on the Kiosk

Due to the fact that Combo Programming ONLY works for hard combos without any variation.  The only work around is with Mix and Match discounting.  This addition needs to be added to the kiosk!!!!!!!

LeanFeast customize future order times per location

Our Franchise is set up so every location can receive future orders 24 hours in advance. Some Leanfeast locations do like the 24hr future order setting and some would like it set at 6 hours. Can we make an enhancement so we can customize each locations future order for the APP and online ordering?

If this can be built it would be a high priority item and, I would need to know the price of this enhancement and ETA.

qr scanner Auto-Reconnect

In Hardware Settings QR Scanner does not auto reconnect if the app is closed and reopened like the other Hardware does. If the app crashes or is lagging enough to require a force restart it would be nice to have it auto-reconnect for these situations even if they are rare.

Auto-Batching for PAX S300

This was a huge help for our customers who needed customer facing EMV devices that provide instructions and feedback on taking payments. The magtek line of devices had this feature and adding it to the PAX S300 was a massive win for the product. Thanks for doing this!

Add customer to the sale by swiping or scanning

We want to be able to link a magnetic card or a barcode to a customer. When they arrive at the pos terminal they can swipe their card or we can scan their barcode to link them to the sale. We should also have a security settings in roles that prevents a certain roll from linking a customer to a sale.

When using membership with allowance it is very easy to steal if there is no security in place
