qr scanner Auto-Reconnect

In Hardware Settings QR Scanner does not auto reconnect if the app is closed and reopened like the other Hardware does. If the app crashes or is lagging enough to require a force restart it would be nice to have it auto-reconnect for these situations even if they are rare.

Auto-Batching for PAX S300

This was a huge help for our customers who needed customer facing EMV devices that provide instructions and feedback on taking payments. The magtek line of devices had this feature and adding it to the PAX S300 was a massive win for the product. Thanks for doing this!

Add customer to the sale by swiping or scanning

We want to be able to link a magnetic card or a barcode to a customer. When they arrive at the pos terminal they can swipe their card or we can scan their barcode to link them to the sale. We should also have a security settings in roles that prevents a certain roll from linking a customer to a sale.

When using membership with allowance it is very easy to steal if there is no security in place

pause online ordering

There should be a way to pause online ordering and have a special message come up to say 'online ordering has been temporarily suspended. Please try again in 20 minutes'. The only way I can do this is to shut pickup times off and then change what the banner says. Please make an an easier way

Cancel Web Order instructions

Add instructions to the order confirmation that inform the customer that if they need to cancel or make edits to their order to call the store. Needs to have the phone number on the screen. It's not common but we have had some people try to cancel orders via email

attach note

I need the notes that we attach to the drink to print for the kitchen to see. At this point we have to print a label and then write the notes needed for that drink modification on the label so its double work. The whole benefit of having a printer was so we would save time and become more efficient and by the notes not printing it defeats the purpose of us having Linga at all, this was one of the main reasons we chose LInga.

Cashier Restriction to own register.

On QSR setups clients would like to restrict cashiers from using each others registers. 


Example: Employee A should not be able to enter orders or cash out orders on Employee B Ipad & Cash Drawer. 

When this happens the reports and the tills do not balance.
