Retail item variant item display name
| 1. Issue with inTouch Retail New UI 1.1. In order to view the variant or attribute you have to scroll out of the page to 45-50% in order to update one variant on the item.
1.2. Reducing the screen size to 80% or less you can now view the correct description.
2. Request to have it more easily viewable, customers will not know to do this. |
Audit logs that go back longer then 3 months
3 months on audit logs is a very short time.
It is important to be able to go back and determine who changed what and when.
Especially in the financial industry.
When i worked on websites we had years of detailed audit logs that told us exactly who made what change and when. And these websites were not even money related and only was used to list houses for sale. A fully functioning audit log is a basic feature, know what made what change when is a very important feature of any service where multiple people can make changes.
Have the option to print multiple receipts when a sale is closed.
For example when I complete a sale, I want 1 front end receipt for the merchant, and a 2nd front end receipt for the customer.

Uber direct OLO Integration
I request to integrate Uber Direct delivery into OLO. Currently Doordash drive is setup but also unavailable to Canadian customers. Moreover Doordash is much smaller in Toronto and doesn't have a large driver's network.
The only workaround as of now for Canadian customers is to use Deliverect Integration + Online ordering. This means replacing OLO + paying deliverect Integration + paying 3.1% processing fees on every order.
Uber Direct is now integrated with many pos systems and have all the resources on the Uber Direct Developer Resource page.
Please let me know as this is a vital service I need to setup that supposed to be included in my service.
Customer Reporting and Enrollment Date
On BO customer export add the enrollment date (profile creation date) and last visit date to the excel export.
This will help with Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission audits.
Inventory Break Pack
Allow Inventory items to be in break packs. For example you can add a case to inventory that case contains 20 items. You receive 5 cases, so inventory knows you have 5 cases and 100 items, if you sell 1 item you now have 4 cases and 99 items. You then sell a case, you now have 3 cases or 79 items

Enterprise Level Customer Add for Online Ordering
When a customer places an order at a store that is part of an enterprise account, it should be an option to have the customer added to ALL stores on order. We have a client now that has to manually export and import all customers in order for the customer to be present on each store. This is huge for loyalty module.
Save preferred column selections in Products/Items Screen
Hi Team,
We have a feature request to save column selection preferences when using the Products/Items screen. Whether we are on Menu Items or Retail Items, we would like to customize the column selections to show only the columns we want to see and have those selections save so that if we go aware for that screen and come back, it doesn't revert back to the default column selections.

I would be nice to be able to customize each tab (Menu Items and Retail Items) and perhaps it is saved as the logged in users preference so each user could customize to the view they preferred. However, just being able to customize it and save it for all users would be great.
