When network can't be found, printer not found message takes around 60 seconds or more to pop up. Due to this lag, there is no indication if the order was sent to the kitchen or not. There is also no way to retrieve order to resend. It would be helpful to receive an immediate alert that an order didn't send.

Cash payment option closing out a check the same way as credit card payment option. Removing the Submit button to close check when using cash.

On behalf of Clovis from Mr. Hookah -  Please add a role restriction to be able to hide the sales total that displays on the Batch/Tip Adjustment screen on the POS. He does not want employees to see how much the store has made.

Ability to prevent the cash drawer from opening when paying with cash for servers not assigned to the till, but open for bartenders who are assigned to the till. Better way to restrict the cash drawer from opening, without blocking a payment method from the servers.

Is there any way to make the Customer Display app text larger? I can increase the size of the display and text from the android settings but it's not large enough on the totals in the actual app

Clients wish to have the suggested tip amount based on subtotal. Currently it's set to total. If the subtotal is a certain amount, the suggested tip decreases if a discount is applied and staff are displeased because they may receive a lesser tip.

We should be able to apply the same discount to a check more than once.  Customer offers a $1.00 off coupon.  If a table of 4 comes in with 4 $1 off coupons you can't apply the coupon 4 times to the same check.
