Inventory Item Report Filter Not Working When Exporting

Looking for an easy way to print an Inventory Item report with Value On Hand by Sub Category. When I go to the Inventory Item screen and filter by the Sub Category the screen lists the data that I want, but when I export to PDF or Excel, the file contains all items rather than just the items I filtered for.
