Need to have a list of Credit Card Transactions listed in the [CASHIER OUT]. This will allow them to see if there is a mistake entering tips or if they missed any. This would of avoided a blunder earlier this month where a server entered a $5,005.00 tip. 

Every system from Aloha to Toast has this. The more familiar we make the reporting the more comfortable the customer will be and less phone calls we will receive

Instead of tip sharing calculating based off % of net sale, it should be calculated on % of tips of each server.

A way to configure pre-auth so that it does not pop up when starting a tab, but still have the custom button to apply a pre-auth if desired.

Site does not want to pre-auth for every customer every time, only on specific nights when they have a band playing and don't know the customer by name.

If pre-Auth is enabled I can set a custom button, but it still pops up on every new tab.

If pre-Auth is NOT enabled you cannot set a custom button

Option for there to be a sent with kitchen item notation or sent with pizza item notation when something is sent to one kitchen. 

Example: rather than printing the pizza at the kitchen printer, it just prints the kitchen order and says with pizza item at the bottom.

We need a Quick Delivery option.  This will allow a delivery order to be quickly closed out without having to assign a driver.

as of right now there are too many steps to process a delivery

- Enter the customers information

- Enter a Credit Card (Unless its Cash)

- Assign the Order to a driver

- Depart the driver

- Return the driver

- Close the Check if Cash

- Close the Driver out

- Add the tip to the credit card charge

We need to simplified this process to just a few less steps

We need The ability to add an "OPEN $$ GRATUITY"  This is a hot topic for my current clients who do lots of parties and just want to enter a fixed dollar amount as a gratuity to a check.

The "OPEN %% GRATUITY" is limited to 100% and having to figure out a percentage for the tip never adds up.  Trying to figure out what the %% that we need to enter when the check is $1,047.22 and we need to add a gratuity of $500.00.

or if a Client pays with a check and the gratuity exceeds the 100% threshold.  The customer then has to do manual reports and this is where they start looking else where

The modifier quantity should not be displayed in the kitchen receipt.

Can we make a reverse of the hide. I have a customer that wants a more dumbed down version of their Modifiers for there Kiosk and Online ordering. So I want ot make new Modifier groups to be only seen from the Kiosk and Online but not show up for the normal employees.

Gratuity is being calculate differently in UK and we need this changed ( or given possibility to change it via Back Office ) so can make sure it calculates Gratuity on the totals, tax included.

Need to have the app in fullscreen mode and hide the android  navigation buttons , app should also require manager pin to quit or close from the screen. this is a issue with servers inadvertently closing the app or wifi.
