AUTO CLOCK OUT AFTER CASHIER OUT
Have the ability to have the option for Employees to Clock Out after they Cashier out in the Till Management > Reports screen. And have the Clock Out time reported in their Cashier Out report.
Flow/Example: When Employees Click on "Cashier Out" pop up comes and gives them option to "Clock Out" also and then followed by "Do you want to print Cashier Out" option (which it does now).
Service Charge - Indian Market
We have to implement Service Charge at 7.5% for Indian market . This is not part of Tax structure. All food and Beverages will have 7.5% service charge . The service charge part of food will be taxed at 5% GST. We are already at stage of going live and was a show stopper today. Kindly keep this as a high priority requirement as the Tax structure and Service charge for Indian market is not configurable.
Cash drawER OPEN
WOULD LIKE THE CASH DRAWER TO HAVE ABILITY TO OPEN ON ANY PAYMENT TYPE. EXAMPLE: SIDE CC ALLOW DRAWER TO OPEN TO ALLOW CLIENT TO PYT SLIPS IN DRAWER. WE ARE 90% PLASTIC SO HITTING NO SALE AFTER EVERY SALE IS NOT A VIABLE OPTION.
Pre-Auth Name Tab
Automatically assigning the customers name from the card to the tab. Right now the bartender has to remember to do it and it’s a whole other step.

Like the KDS, please add the "Add on" text for any additional items added onto an order that has been sent to the kitchen already.
Fix how Suggested Tips work and make Gratuities Calculation and suggested TIps match up
For Suggested tips.
1. Don't force how many suggested tips we can have. Most of my customers do not like 4 Suggestions they want 3 only.
2. Suggested tips are based off the total after Tax. It is suppose to be before tax.
3. Gratuities are based off Subtotal so why not Suggested tips?

- Configure the "Hold" button as a feature tied to specific roles (e.g., Manager, Admin).
- Ensure that users without the assigned permission, such as servers, do not see or have access to the button.
- Backend Configuration:
- Add an option in the backend portal to enable or disable the "Hold" button for different roles.
- Provide a toggle or checkbox under role management settings for this purpose.
- Flexibility and Customization:
- Allow customization of role permissions to ensure only authorized personnel can access the "Hold" button.
- Include options for overrides or exceptions for specific users, if necessary.
This feature would provide precise control over the "Hold" button functionality, enhance security, and meet the operational requirements of clients who do not want this feature available to all users.
Consolidate Item with Modifier
If you ring up a bunch of the same item separately with no modifiers, it will consolidate them into one line item with a quantity on the check/receipt.
If those items have a modifier, it puts each one on a separate line.
It's a problem for bars as the same item with the same modifier should still consolidate but it's not:
