Ability to change the starting day of the week

Gerardo L 3 years ago in BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 2 months ago 2

Right now, all the weekly reports are based on week from Sunday-Saturday, just like you see it on an actual calendar, at least in the US and most business, the work week starts on Monday, so the weekly attendance reports and sales reports should be from Monday-Sunday.

Sort by Modifier Name on Modifies Sale Report

Ryan Nicley 4 years ago in BACKOFFICE / RESTAURANT BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 2 months ago 2

It would be very nice to be able to sort by Modifier name on the Modifier Sale report. Many times we are using Modifiers for side items on entrees and when a customer wants to see how many of a particular side has sold during a given date range, it would be easier for them to be able to simply sort by the modifier name. They would still have to do some math, but it would be helpful.

It would be even better to be able to group by modifier name and sum up the totals for each modifier.

For now, I showed the customer how to export into Excel and then do the sort manually.

Ravi Dobariya 4 years ago in BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 2 months ago 1

I am having hard time finding which items are most selling items with other scenarios. Currently there is no option to sort them, I have to look each and every items to find out.

Require Manager Code to use a particular POS button

Richard DePascale 5 years ago in BACKOFFICE / RESTAURANT BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 2 months ago 3

Hello,

I am looking to have the ability to prevent my staff from using a certain POS menu button and to require a Manager Code every time they try & use it.

I would only want Admin & GM/Manager to be able to use it with out the required Code.

Similar to when a staff member tries to transfer a table and can not do it with out a mgr code entered.

Backoffice reports should show "OPEN TICKETS (ORDERS WHATEVER)"

Rich 5 years ago in BACKOFFICE / RESTAURANT BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 2 months ago 2

Every US POS I've used and currently use, show the status of OPEN ORDERS (those orders that are active, but not paid). Like 80 tables that have ordered and are eating, but the ticket has not been paid. It let's you know how busy your store is....  LINGA DOESN'T OFFER THIS in the backoffice <------ where management monitors a store's activity.

Attached is a screenshot from another POS's backoffice:
