Backoffice reports should show "OPEN TICKETS (ORDERS WHATEVER)"

Rich 5 years ago in BACKOFFICE / RESTAURANT BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 3 months ago 2

Every US POS I've used and currently use, show the status of OPEN ORDERS (those orders that are active, but not paid). Like 80 tables that have ordered and are eating, but the ticket has not been paid. It let's you know how busy your store is....  LINGA DOESN'T OFFER THIS in the backoffice <------ where management monitors a store's activity.

Attached is a screenshot from another POS's backoffice:

UI DESIGN FOR BACK OFFICE

INNOUVOUS 2 days ago in BACKOFFICE 0

There needs to be an easier way to make mass changes in the UI without having to export the data:

  1. When you search for a modifier (or modifier group) and then select ‘Edit’ from the results, after making the edits and updating, the system DOES NOT return to the search results screen. When you perform the same operation on a product or item, the system saves the search results.
  2. Search and Search Results - The search function should allow users to create a search and save it, or at the very least, retain the search conditions and results until the user clears the search. This works similarly for products and items, but not for modifiers and modifier groups. Without this, the user must continually re-enter the search. Additionally, search results should be able to be sorted and filtered by column (attribute)

Payroll Report in New Back office

In the new Back Office Theme, the Employee based payroll report shows large empty spaces when fields are hidden from the report. In the old back office they could save their preferences, in the new UI it resets to default each time they pull the report.

Save custom report columns

Andy C 2 weeks ago in BACKOFFICE / RESTAURANT BACKOFFICE 0

We have a merchant that recently switched to using the new backoffice UI. They are requesting the ability to save the custom column selections when they pull a report instead of it reverting back to default each time. They said the old UI did save their custom selections.

Cloud Kitchen POS

jsrinivasan 4 months ago in BACKOFFICE / INVENTORY updated by Hardy Singh 3 months ago 0

Existing Client is opening up a Cloud Kitchen.

Currently, the Software is not supporting multiple brands as needed in Cloud Kitchen – means 1 License with multiple brands.

We only have the option of creating Categories and Sub-Categories for the different Brands, but Reporting, Costing, etc. will be difficult.

The other software available on the Market for Cloud Kitchen are supporting to create distinct tabs for multiple brands and manage them by logging into one central panel/license. Also printing the Logo of each brand, etc. on the Invoice.

Loyalty points should not be rounded off

Ragul 4 months ago in BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 2 months ago 0

Actual loyalty charge should be considered not the nearest round off value. The remaining change amount should be added as  loyalty points .
