Increased separation between OLO and 3rd Party.
Currently OLO and 3rd party integration are managed by the same settings. If a restaurant wants to make something OLO only but unavailable for 3rd party, the two are connected by the same slider.
It is also not possible to differentiate taxes because the order types are tracked the same. 3rd party services track and handle all sales taxes while OLO needs to be handled by the restaurant. Right now, sales from 3rd party reporting shows taxes as taxable sales even though the store doesn't need to pay the taxes. Reporting does not reflect this which forces stores to manually do all the math on the taxes which looks very bad from an accounting standpoint.
It would be nice having a more defined line between OLO and 3rd party for the above reasons.

Display Item Description when taking orders
In NZ its law that we (servers) must be able to advise the customer of the ingredients and any allergens.
As Linga does not have an Allergen field/function we could use the Item Description field.
But a server needs to be able to right click an item and select Display Description as part of the Options functions...
You already have the item Desciption field just need 10 lines of code to display this field in popup if called

negative modifiers
Like many other product - Linga needs to allow negative Modifiers.
Its not difficult to do and should only need a change to the DB to allow negative values. As it only adds a modifier line to the order it should not affect the tax calculation
Having reviewed some 50 systems I can honestly say its in most other system and is urgently needed in Linga. Without this it creates a nightmare for us to use the system.
Linga is a great product but could be so much more by allowing negative modifiers

Discounts Add available time option just like it is available in categories subcategories and items
The condition is: A DISCOUNT needs to AUTO-APPLY ONLY at one specific time or multiple times in the day.
Currently, the DISCOUNT can be set up to be available and auto-apply on a day of the week and then be restricted to work only in one time period in the day.
This option does not work if I have a special discount that I need to apply ONLY every Monday from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM and then from 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM.
The need for a unique scheduled discount is also prevalent with our customers.

Ability to assign a fixed cost to a modifier like we can on the products/items
Customer would like the ability to assign a fix cost to a modifier like we can with products/items. Of course we would want this to roll into reporting and COGS.

max break time to be increased.
I Wanted to See if there's a way we can request the max break time to be increased. This is under Store settings >>Payroll settings >>Manage break. Some of our customers are give a Dali Brakes Of 2:30 Hours = to 150 Minutes and the max is set to 100

Role Permission for Open Modifier
Need the ability to disable a role from using Open Modifier like you can for Open Items. There is no way for a kitchen manager to tell if an open modifier is charging any money or not since it looks exactly like an attached modifier

*Glitch* Editing Included Modifiers Price Doesn't Stay
When adding items and editing included modifiers (copied a pizza to make a new one), if you change included ingredients, then change the price for the modifier with sizing enabled, after moving to the next ingredient field within included mods and changing the modifier, it reverts the price changes to the items already modified above to a 0.00 price point so each price needs to be saved one by one.
