We have the option to send out daily reports, could we make it so we can send out summary reports for defined time frames?

Adjusting/Applying Tips from Back Of House from Previous Day

Manny Jimenez 2 years ago in BACKOFFICE updated by Hardy Singh 3 months ago 1

If the Site has Auto Cashier Out / Auto Close Out enabled and an employee forgets to enter a tip or enters an incorrect amount for the tip ($100.00 instead of $10.00), It would be beneficial to have the ability to bring up a Previous Day Batch and find the transaction in question and either Apply or Adjust the Tip.

claim tips without sales

Danny E 2 years ago in BACKOFFICE / RESTAURANT BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 2 months ago 1

Currently one of our clients needs the ability to claim cash tips even when that employee does not have sales.

They have an AM Bartender and a PM Bartender, and there are no sales on the PM but they still need to claim cash tips.

Item Sales by Vendor

Ryan Nicley 2 years ago in BACKOFFICE / INVENTORY updated by Product Engineering 3 months ago 10

Working with a retail customer and they are asking for the item sales report to include the item vendor. It would be nice to be able to filter (at the top of the report) by vendor so they can run a sales report for a specific vendor to help them when placing orders with that vendor.

Ability to Filter Inventory Item list by quantity on hand.

Ryan Nicley 2 years ago in BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 3 months ago 1

When looking at the Inventory Item screen to see the list of Inventory Items and/or export that list to PDF or Excel. It would be nice to have the ability to filter out items with "0" on hand. Otherwise if we have a lot of old items that the merchant no longer carries that will show up on the list.

Yield Calculation - Sub Recipe - Inventory Item

Ben 2 years ago in BACKOFFICE / INVENTORY updated by Product Engineering 3 months ago 0

In regards to the newly published Inventory Yield CR.

Following scenario and problem which I believe has not been fixed.

I am having the same raw material - e.g. Tomato as Inventory Item.

Now that inventory item as raw material is used and linked in and to several sub-recipes; below 3 examples:

  • Sub Recipe No 1 - Tomato Sauce - means i am using the entire Tomato, Yield is 100% of that particular Inventory Item
  • Sub Recipe No 2 - Arabic Salad - i am using the tomato peeled and gutted, means the Yield is 42 % only
  • Sub Recipe No 3 - Tomato Salad - i am using the tomato peeled, means the Yield is 91 %

We need to have a colum next to Quantity in the Sub Recipe in order to enter the Yield % of that particular Inventory Item for correct COG Calculation.

Defining Delivery Area by Postal Codes

CJ Villanueva 2 years ago in BACKOFFICE / RESTAURANT BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 3 months ago 0

Instead of defining the delivery area by radius, please check if you can add a feature to define the delivery area by postal codes.

Thank you.

Create separate toggles for roles and users in permissions access

Bryce 2 years ago in BACKOFFICE updated by Product Engineering 3 months ago 1

There is no way to differentiate roles vs users for permissions access, it all falls under user management. If a franchise needs to restrict franchisees from changing role permissions, but wants them to be able to add their own employees there is no way to do this. There is a similar restriction on the menu configuration permissions in the back office. It should look like this but separate roles and users.
