Total credit card deposit
Example: They got a deposit of credit cards of $922.35 from the sales they did in Oct. 31. The goal here is to have the Linga report they receive show the $922.35. This can be done by making a new section called: "Credit Card Deposit"
Here's what would need to be on it:
1.Payment Summary Credit Card
2.Other payment online payment
3. Tip/Gratuity Credit card
4. Tip/Gratuity Online tip
5.(minus) Refunds Non/cash refunds
So, on Oct. 31 looking at the sales report, we would have:
Credit Card Deposit Payment summary credit card: $703.22Other payment online payment: $94.35Tip/Gratuity credit card: $119.02Tip/Gratuity online tip: $5.76Refunds non/cash refunds: $0.00
Total deposit: $922.35
All five of these items are already on the report in different sections. We just need this new section to put them all together.

List of spending by customer
Customer suggest adding a “Customer” section under Reports. I believe our old Clover system had some of these features. A few thoughts:
- Customer demographics
- Age
- Male / Female
- Geographic location by address
- Spending by Customer
- Total spending
- Spending by category/product
- Dates and ranges of spending
- Spend-to-visit ratio/averages
- Visits by Customer
- Number of visits
- Days/times
- Lengths of time

Employee based reports per item and credit card
Customer needs to see what we see on our sales report but need to be able to see by each employee. They also need to see what card was used, and what items where bought.

Restrict delivery zones in Back office
This means creating delivery zones that would not allow orders from that particular zone to be placed.

Shift Reports Feature Request
Customer wants a report that can break tips, sales, taxes, and everything else down by shifts. For example, lunch shift sales vs dinner shift sales.

Fully customization of reports
The customer would like to be able to see reports all on one page, such as time clock per employee with the amount of transactions they mad, hours worked, tips made, cash on hand.

Employee Reporting feature request
Request for a reporting system that shows employees sales compared to others. The store he has wants to promote a competition between servers on who can sell the most of certain items and we do not have an all-in-one report for this.

Remove color code in backoffice
In the new back-office theme: when changing the color of a ‘button image’…. Clicking on the color gives me a code but I tried to copy the code so I can have the exact same color for the category, and it doesn’t allow me to change that code.

Employee time Clock report
Request for a notification to be provided when an employee is about to hit a set amount of hours/going into overtime. Example- if an employee clocks in on Monday but forgot to clock out and doesn't return back to work until Thursday, the system has already accumulated more than 40 hours for the employee and need to adjust their time. A notification alert allows the management team to know ahead of time so issues of unauthorized pay being provided to employees who did not actually work their shift. Merchant requesting this to be a proactive measure BEFORE they go and perform clock in/out adjustments or for this to be used as a cautionary alert so the management team can make schedule adjustments.
Merchant is aware of the option for notifications to be sent for every clock in/out but this produces too many notifications for large business with numerous employees working multiple shifts. (Example- when having 51 employees work in one day, that produces 104 notifications, but none show the week's total).
