When adding a Mix N Match discount, there needs to be an option to lower the set price without showing the discount - similar to how we have "up charge" option. There needs to be an option to toggle "lower" set price.

If "lower" set price, than for example - if a pizza is $17.99 and the set to price is let's say $10.00, then it will simply lower the price by $7.99 and show $10.00 on the POS screen. It can show the discount on the bottom of the ticket if needed (as an option). Again, similar to Up Charge option we have, but doing is as the opposite - simply lowering the price and not showing is as a discount.

This is something that I get asked for often.

Have the ability to add a countdown to an item so when the Item count reaches 0, it can put itself out of stock.  Preferably from the ipad or from the Back Office under [PRODUCTS & ITEMS].

Under [INVENTORY} is great for corporate sites where they have a large team of people, BUT from the Mom and Pop restaurant or sites where the Owner is the "Chief, Cook and Bottle Washer" going the [INVENTORY] way is to complicated.

This is to streamline programming and not have to go through 100+ (300+ if its a Diner) items to add a new Optional or Mandatory [Modifier Group]

We can simply go to the Category or Sub-Category and add the Optional or Mandatory [Modifier Group]

If we need to add [SIDE OPTIONS] to the Burgers, Sandwiches, Lunch Entrees & Dinner Entrees.  I can Navigate to the Sub-Category>Burgers and add the [SIDE OPTIONS] to all the Burgers at once.

If I added [MEAT TEMPS] to all my Burgers and I have a Veggie Burger that doesnt need that [MEAT TEMP] option.  Have the ability to go to the Veggie Burger Item go to Optional or Mandatory modifier options and have a Toggle for [Do Not Use Parent Group]

OR Add a Modifier thats only for that Item 

In Canada for 20 or more stores the calorie count is required. Lets have a button in back that populates POS and online

The cost of each unit should display even if there is no Quantity on Hand - see screen shot from BO

On the bottom of the Menu Item screen you show Menu Price

It would be great if next to this you also displayed Cost and then calculated the Gross Profit(GP) (not including Tax)

It would help also if there was a target GP and a warning if Price less Costs is less than the required GP

our main loyalty is when a customer has purchased 10 coffees (over a period) and is entitled to get one free for every 10 they buy.

this is a standard industry wide loyalty scheme used in every coffee chain i have ever been in..,.

Ideally we want the customer name etc (data) in the system so we can use it for future offers...

currently they hold a cardboard credit card size card that we punch holes in for each coffee they purchase... when they have purchase 10 coffees (card is full of holes) then we give them a free coffee

it would be great if the Inventory system had a Stock Card screen showing all Sales /consumption and all purchases(received).. I know there is something similar in the system but it doesn't link the sales/consumption to the POS transaction and the purchases(received) are not linked to the purchase invoice... below is an example of our current system

this screen really helps is identify transactions that may have been sold for less than cost as well as showing us each movement transaction for an Inventory item and links to the transaction so we can see more details
