A server or bartender cannot view or access others checks without explicitly allowing this through a system setting.

In the case of a server looking at a table map they would certainly see tables that didn’t belong to them but they could not open the table. However for tabs one bartender would not be able to open or “See” other tabs.

If you are setting up an integration, such as UberEats, and would like to add 10% to the prices on your menu, the current method requires that you create a price level on every item. So the restaurant that I am doing this for has 463 items. We should be able to add 10% to the menu, automatically rounding the the nearest nickel or dime, all in one step. This is already how it is done for modifiers and it should be the same thing for menu items. This will happen very often in the new landscape. It will be a deal breaker for any merchant who knows this before choosing Linga. 

Nested modifiers (a.k.a. modify a modifier) is a very useful and oft-requested feature.
