No Tax for Delivery or To Go - California

In California if you order something for take out or delivery, they DON'T CHARGE tax.

If they get that same item and eat in, it CHARGES  tax.

Tip sharing does not update when an employee hours are changed in the back office

LINGA reporting does not update the tip sharing values when an employee's hours are changed. For example, if a store has their tip sharing set up to share tips based on the hours worked and an employee had their hours adjusted in the back office (for example, an employee forgot to clock out), the reporting will not update the tip sharing amounts.

Alert system addition: Employee clocked in for too long

Request to add an alert feature that notifies managers/owners when a employee is clocked in for too long. Some employees forget to clock out after the end of their shift, which can affect labor reports. Alert should be definable, a manager or owner should be able to set the threshold when they are notified (i.e., notify me if an employee has been clocked in for over 12 hours).

RESTRICT PAYMENT BY JOB ROLES / NODE / REVENUE CENTER

Hello Request peeps.

In previous versions of the Software (Pre-Android) I was able to restrict a payment type by "ROLES" but that feature went away.  Can we have it back.  Client would like to create payment methods and restrict it to a specific Terminal OR Job Code.  

They would like to prevent certain ROLES or Terminals from access specific payment types

Gratuity Option Auto Apply

Currently the only option we have for gratuity is based on seat number, It would be very beneficial to alot of bars and clubs to have it based on time frame Date/ day of the week/ start and end time to auto apply

Restaurant accounts have requested specific information to be included in the end of day report

Our full service restaurant accounts have requested specific information to be included in the end of day report. They are looking for the following details for each server:

  1. Server Name
  2. Total Sales
  3. Sales Breakdown by Payment Type (Cash and Cards)
  4. Tips

REROUTE KITCHEN PRINTER BY TABLE LAYOUT

We need the ability to "REROUTE KITCHEN PRINTERS BY TABLE LAYOUT"  this will allow any Staff Member to place orders from any terminal and the "Ordered Item" will print to the correct Printer as long as they use the correct Floor Plan.

This will be beneficial for the restaurant and allow any server to pick up any Mobile POS Device and not have to worry if that device is programmed for their section

This will add another layer of easy user functionality for the restauranter with multiple bars and/or kitchens in the same building (aka Hotels, Large Beachfront Restaurants etc...)

GRATUITY OPTION

At the BOH, the gratuity should be by seat count or check total amount. Most our stores request that option, for example, if you check total is 50.00 or up, they charge the gratuity.. he System does not allow me anable by amount... Will be great for the customers experience have that 2 options
