Ability to access tickets from other stores in an enterprise
We have a chain of retail stores. They accept returns at any location regardless of which store it was purchased at.
The issue they have is that when trying to refund they are not able to access the ticket info from the store it was purchased. They are asking for a way to be able to pull up ticket info from other enterprise stores in the POS.
I currently have them logging in to the enterprise account back office to find the tickets. but they want to be able to do it all through the POS on the ipad.

Enter customer info and continue to ring up items
We have a retail vape chain that is asking for the ability to continue entering items on the ipad while the customer is entering their details on the CDS. Currently when they start a new customer profile on the CDS they are unable to continue scanning items in the POS until the customer is done entering details.

Offline Credit Card Mode
this will help with processor or gateway outages, no internet. or bank change approvals and still be able to communicate with terminals and cloud.
Current offline mode cuts communication from cloud which is why I'm requesting a separate offline mode exclusively for Credit Card Payments.

Discount After Gratuity
Linga already has an option to apply the discount before or after tax.
We also need an option to apply the discount Before and After Gratuity
Plenty of restaurants are running promos and events where half the food is free, but they don't want the servers to miss out on the Gratuity since they don't work any less on the events and banquets.
This will also, indirectly, help with the deposit handling.

Sound for Online order Is Not Hearable
I know this feature was asked here: https://requests.lingapos.com/communities/1/topics/344-sound-for-online-order
However, I reached to the support (specifically rjohnson@lingaros.com) and the answer was: "As of now the notification sound is default and mild". We really don't hear any sound when an online orders comes. Only a pop-up notification. The sound has to be loud enough so we can hear. Currently we don't hear anything even we're next to the ipad. There are no ipad issues and the ipad sound is turned up all the way (we hear ipad sound when playing a video or a song. so there is no issues with the ipad)

Prompt for Name on QSR
Would like the option to prompt for a customer name when doing a QSR order like when doing a BarTab order.

Split Item Quantity / Break Qty to new line item(s)
We need to be able to move parts of an item's quantity to a different seat or check.
You have an item with a large quantity to it, already sent to kitchen, you should be able to either in the item options or in the split seat or split check screen, break off some of that quantity into a new line item.
Here's a real world example that I was just told by the merchant:
You ring up 15 empanadas, when they come in there's actually 4 people that each want to get their own check to pay for.
When you separate the empanadas 15qty item into 4 checks, you get 4 empanadas with 3.75 qty each.
So when you print their check each one is paying for 3 and three quarters of an empanada?
Let us break off a quantity into new line items.

Phone CALL notification for a new web order
Is there a way to receive a phone call when receiving an online order? I know we can receive a text/message or an email (and a notification also shows on the POS), but the chief said sometimes because the oven and refrigerators are so loud, he doesn't hear the kitchen printer. and the front desk sometimes doesn't have a dedicated employee to see a POS notification.

Be able to display Optional Modifiers Groups before Mandatory Modifier Groups on an item
Sometimes we want the mandatory modifiers to show after an optional modifier group. In some cases it make sense for how the modifiers print to the kitchen. I know I can use Mandatory Modifier groups and set the min to "0", but then the group is indicated with a "Red" square which is visually meant to indicate a mandatory selection and there are cases when you get confusing messages about what needs to be picked.
