Cash Drawer Restriction
Ability to prevent the cash drawer from opening when paying with cash for servers not assigned to the till, but open for bartenders who are assigned to the till. Better way to restrict the cash drawer from opening, without blocking a payment method from the servers.
Pre-Auth - Optional But not required
A way to configure pre-auth so that it does not pop up when starting a tab, but still have the custom button to apply a pre-auth if desired.
Site does not want to pre-auth for every customer every time, only on specific nights when they have a band playing and don't know the customer by name.
If pre-Auth is enabled I can set a custom button, but it still pops up on every new tab.
If pre-Auth is NOT enabled you cannot set a custom button
Suggested Tip Based on Subtotal Amount
Clients wish to have the suggested tip amount based on subtotal. Currently it's set to total. If the subtotal is a certain amount, the suggested tip decreases if a discount is applied and staff are displeased because they may receive a lesser tip.
Apply the same discount multiple times on a single chedk
We should be able to apply the same discount to a check more than once. Customer offers a $1.00 off coupon. If a table of 4 comes in with 4 $1 off coupons you can't apply the coupon 4 times to the same check.
Show "Add on" for kitchen prints for additional items
Like the KDS, please add the "Add on" text for any additional items added onto an order that has been sent to the kitchen already.
Add more functionality to loyalty operations especially sorrounding birthdays!
When a customer signs up for loyalty on a CDS allow them to put in more info than just name and phone number (birthday in particular). Also it would be great to have a notification pop up when someone puts in their loyalty info when in store and it is their birthday.
ADD SERVICE CHARGE/GRATUITY by OPEN DOLLAR AMOUNT
As of right now we have the ability to do any FIXED Percentage or OPEN Percentage. We also need the ability to add an OPEN Dollar amount and possible a FIXED Dollar amount.
Togo Item Tag to Remove Item Tax When Tax by Service Type in Use
Provision to remove TOGO tag on menu items when tax for select service type is used in the store

The menu item sequencing showing differently in the POS order screen and in KOT.
The same sequencing needs to be printed in the KOT.
This sequencing change happens when attach request added to the menu item.
