ADD SERVICE CHARGE/GRATUITY by OPEN DOLLAR AMOUNT
As of right now we have the ability to do any FIXED Percentage or OPEN Percentage. We also need the ability to add an OPEN Dollar amount and possible a FIXED Dollar amount.
