Faster ZenPepper Loading Time

ZenPepper takes a long time to load all the content and pictures especially when launching a phone browser on wireless or phone data. There has to be more optimizations (maybe on the pictures) to make it load faster with the pictures.

ZenPepper Web interface looks very out dated (at least 10 years ago). The UI has to be more attractive to customers and look more modern.

time selection online ordering

We noticed lately that a customer can place an online order at 6:24pm to be picked up at 6:30pm. Because that is only 6 minutes that should not be allowed. The ‘rolodex’ clock should therefore default to ‘6:45 pm’ and allow us time to prepare the meal. There has to be a way to set your behind the scenes programming for the clock that when the time they are ordering is less than 15 minutes the clock should not allow them to order unless they select a later time frame.

You can set up minimum pickup time on the Zenpepper admin page under throttling settings.

Cancel Web Order instructions

Add instructions to the order confirmation that inform the customer that if they need to cancel or make edits to their order to call the store. Needs to have the phone number on the screen. It's not common but we have had some people try to cancel orders via email

10% Tip as Default

Hey there,

When a customer places an order with us and goes to the payment screen, he needs to click on the tips percentage or custom tips to add an amount. The problem is that some customers just try to click on the "0.00" before clicking on the "custom amount" button, and as it doesn't work, they don't leave tips.

Is there a way I could change the default tips amount from "no tips" to "10%" for example? We did some research on other websites and that's what most of them do.

Combo Discount

A Combo discount was created in the Mix and Match and this discount shows in Ipad as well as in the OLO.

This is an IN-HOUSE ONLY discount and it should not be available OLO. Can you please hide it OLO? Thanks

DESELCT INCLUDED MODIFIERS IN ONLINE ORDERING

The ability to deselect included modifiers in online ordering, the same way you can on the POS. This would eliminate the need for "no" prefixes and "no" modifier groups. It would look better on OLO and the kitchen ticket.
