The ability to include or exclude categories and/or items to gratuities. (Like you could with discounts)  It was suggested to use the item service charge for this type of setup.  However item service charge does not apply to an employee like gratuity does for role based payroll.  Gratuities are applied to an employee in which would show up on a payroll report as where an item service charge would need to be manually calculated for each employee every payroll period and manually added to the reports.

Would like to put in a request to have the ability to round up to the nearest quarter.  So if a total of a check is $7.18, the new total would be $7.25, etc.

Right now, the Queue displays the Order Number for the customer to track the status of their order.  They may not even know their Order Number.

But I bet they know the name the order was placed under, so wouldn't it make more sense to display the Order Name on the board instead?

It should at least be an option, if not the default setting.

Or both.

I would like to see the ability to use modifiers like radio buttons. This is for modifiers where you only select one option, so if you select a different option it automatically deselects the previously selected option instead of telling you to deselect the previous option.

When we changed the service type it's allowing for users to transfer the table. We need a service type restriction.

Can we have the tax columns show up on the daily report as it does on the summary report.

When the employee clocks in for the first time of the day, for restaurant protection it would be good to have a toggle manager prompted question on whether or not they have had a fever within the last 24 hours. If they answer yes the system will not let them clock in and it will direct them to their supervisor who would have permission level to let them clock in.

My requested feature list entails:

-Complete 1:1 export on a store configuration.(not just a menu item database.)

-The ability to jump from a menu item button to another screen/category from a category.(think categories within categories but on a menu item level.) For Example, I’m in the Liquor category and I have a Tequila menu item button which swaps to the tequila category.

-Allow for more customizable functions to be attached to the command
line ribbon- third party payments, a genuine tend even or quick cash
button(wherein a user can with a single press even out a check for a
0.00 amount- closing the check in the process.).

-A grid for moving around and placing buttons freely with parameters and
alignment tools to specify the exact spot in which the button is placed.

-The Ability to place buttons on a canvas and separate buttons out for both menu items and modifiers.

-The ability to place text for captions inside categories to break up and segments items and modifiers.

-The ability to capture credit cards without pre-auth.

-The Ability to turn on or off Seats.

-A toggle for turning off or on the courses feature where "No Courses" is no longer needed.

The Benseron BT printer does not work with Dual Cash Drawer feature. We often sell this printer, so it is unfortunate that dual cash drawer does not work.

I would like to have the option to receive a declined transaction receipt in order to show customer proof that his/her card was indeed declined and with that some assurance. Please get back to me with a possible turn around time for this feature. Thanks!
