Cashier Out Report with credit cards
It would enhance the employee check out process if they could audit their credit card activity on their Cashier Out Report. It would be listed with the check number, last 4 of the card, tip, and total. This would help prevent or minimize mistakes made when entering in tips on checks as the employee can audit it themselves for accuracy plus you can then compare the printed receipts vs. this report to ensure you have all of your cards/checks as well. Managers do like this feature.

Bank Deposit Print, Additional Field on Driver Status, Mobile Number Digits
Dear Team,
Requesting the following updates :
1. Bank Deposit should be mentioned on the Sales Report below Cash Drop Upon Day Close
2. On the driver status please add a additional field of 'settlement', as we have to check one by one wether the check was settled by card or online.
3. Mobile phone number should have a country prefix and eight digit mandatory. eg : UAE. 971 501234567

Sort Menu Item Print Priority
Instead of using coursing, be able to sort the priority of how the menu item shows and also how it prints individually.

Split Check
Ability to select more than one menu item at a time for moving to new split. Currently you can only move one item at a time.

Fix how Suggested Tips work and make Gratuities Calculation and suggested TIps match up
For Suggested tips.
1. Don't force how many suggested tips we can have. Most of my customers do not like 4 Suggestions they want 3 only.
2. Suggested tips are based off the total after Tax. It is suppose to be before tax.
3. Gratuities are based off Subtotal so why not Suggested tips?

Implementing Role-Based Access for the "Hold" Button
I would like to request the implementation of a role-based access system for the "Hold" button feature. The goal is to allow control over who can use this functionality by restricting it to specific user roles. Below are the key details for this request:
- Permission Level Control:
- Configure the "Hold" button as a feature tied to specific roles (e.g., Manager, Admin).
- Ensure that users without the assigned permission, such as servers, do not see or have access to the button.
- Backend Configuration:
- Add an option in the backend portal to enable or disable the "Hold" button for different roles.
- Provide a toggle or checkbox under role management settings for this purpose.
- Flexibility and Customization:
- Allow customization of role permissions to ensure only authorized personnel can access the "Hold" button.
- Include options for overrides or exceptions for specific users, if necessary.
This feature would provide precise control over the "Hold" button functionality, enhance security, and meet the operational requirements of clients who do not want this feature available to all users.

Cashier Out Report with detailed closed check list
Cashier Out/ Cashout report must have a setting in the back office that allows us to show or not a list of all checks settled by the one person doing close out of the shift. This list must have:
Check Number, Payment Type, Tip, and Total Payment. This list also must have a grand total line at the end that summarizes each column.

Option to send Order to Kitchen only after payment is completed
We received a complaint that the order gets sent to the kitchen after a partial payment. Instead, can we have the option to send an order to the kitchen only after the balance reaches $0.00? This way the scenario where the kitchen picks up the order when there are not enough funds can be avoided.
We will still have the ability to manually send the order to the Kitchen by selecting "Order" at staff's discretion so there should be no loss or issue with this change.
I think this can be a toggle option so if any business wants it to send on the first payment they can still do so.

COPYING MODIFIERS with all the Options
When building modifiers have the option to ‘Copy Modifiers” with all the previous Modifiers “Pre-Fixes and Serving Sizes”.
This will come in handy when building complicated Menus such as Diners.
