It would help on the expiditer screen to be able to Min / Max a cell by bumping the header of the cell 

this will enable the ability to show more orders on the screen for the Co-Ordinator where they can min a cell and max it when needing to look at the order

Need an option or flag where ADD ONS can be open up in a seprate cell to the original order cell

once items are bumped there is no need to show them again with the ADD ONS

The condition:

I have a bar that has TWO service bar printers.

I want COCKTAIL WAITRESS items to PRINT AT SERVICE BAR PRINTER 1.

I want SERVERS items to PRINT AT SERVICE BAR PRINTER 2.

Instead of having to create a RE-ROUTE MAPPING in LingaROS. It would be much more simple just to:

RESTRICT SERVICE BAR PRINTER 1 from printing SERVERS items.

RESTRICT SERVICE BAR PRINTER 2 from printing COCKTAILWAITRESS items.

This feature would make LingaROS have a much cleaner and simpler configuration process.

I would like to be able to implement in a more simple and efficient way the following:

I have a two-story business with a bar on each floor.

I have one or more bartenders.

I have multiple servers (waitstaff).

I have limited tablet terminals. Therefore the tablets are used by the staff as long as they are charged and available to the staff. There is no uniquely assigned tablet to the staff.

When LIQUOR ITEMS are ordered by BARTENDERS(role) those items are NOT to print anywhere.

When UPSTAIR SERVERS(role) order LIQUOR ITEMS those items are to print to the UPSTAIR BAR printer.

When DOWNSTAIR SERVERS(role) order LIQUOR ITEMS those items are to print to the DOWNSTAIR BAR printer.

In LingaROS I only have the option to REROUTE PRINTERS based on NODE and ROLE.

In some other software solutions I would be able to do this:

Item              -- > Kitchen Group
Patron anejo -- > Liquor


Staff --> Role --> Prep Group
jhon -->  Bartender --> Bar
Jane --> Server --> Upstair SERVER

Mary --> Server --> Downstair SERVER

Liquor ----> Bar ---> No Print
Liquor ----> Upstair SERVER ---> UPSTAIR BAR PRINTER

LingaROS would gain extreme PRINTER CONFIGURATION flexibility getting to accomplish almost any kitchen printer configuration a customer might imagine.

Other systems now provide an SMS text feature for completed orders. We have been getting this request often in the wake of COVID and contactless procedures. This ensures customers do not hang around the dining area while waiting for their food, instead are alerted to come in when it is definitively ready. 

Need to make seperate Template for Expo printer, It will print default size & hence that is the reason for Different in Layout between Kitchen Print & Expo print

As discussed below are the information that need to be there on the screen,
The following would need to be shown:
- item ordered- ⁠date for delivery or collection- ⁠cost of item - ⁠extras such as balloon / vase etc - ⁠occasion - ⁠recipient name, address and contact number - ⁠card message

My kds shows already prepared items with a check mark i want to be able to have the option to not show. cooks can mess up more easly 

Using the Linga Receipt printer which may merchant use in the Kitchen as heat with thermal printing is not an issue, we need to be able to have the kitchen printer work with a Buzzer to let the Kitchen Staff know a Ticket has been printed.
