My employees charge items and take advances. My back office is at my home. When I do payroll I need the ability to pay their house account. I know I can change their account amount, but what i think it does is credit their account like it never happened. Won't that throw off my sales and inventory? How will it affect my sales for that day? Is there a way to have the report show separate groups of house accounts paid, so I can track what not to expect in the money for that day?  Just installing the POS so don't really know what it shows. It would be great to have HAC1  HAC2  Maybe even HAC3 and larger buttons to work with!

I would LOVE the ability to have all personal charges made by my employees to track directly to their timesheet.  

Is it possible to have the reasons for paid in and paid out more user-friendly? Why have a list of reasons when you still need to type what it is before getting to the already created list?  In my bar business, we do a lot of paid ins & paid out with gaming. I listed all the possible reasons and when testing it, I still had to type a reason before all my reasons popped up. It doesn't make sense and not at all good when busy. Especially when it is already tucked away in operations. It would be nice to have it available in Options the same as voids or discounts.

Please create a way to turn off receipt printing at the time of employee clock in and clock outs.

Have the ability to download a range or receipts from a specific time, not just one receipt at a time

The assign tip button in upper left part of screen is difficult to locate, we have users forgetting to tip because it's not in plain view or part of the flow of paying a ticket

I have a location that is requesting a summary of sales of all cashier outs that day to make reporting a little easier.
