advanced payments for bar tabs

Please the function to create a check based discount that could be applied to a tab or tabs. That discount would be a set amount and would expire after the set has been used up by tab.

we can implement to enter the online reference Id number for House Account on the IPAD, when we have been entered the reference Id number on the IPAD should be reflected in the back office right to check number as separate column and the title is online reference Id number. If there anything enter on the IPAD it should reflected on that column but if nothing enter on the IPAD should be blank space.

Locking transfer after receipt printed

  • After the check is printed, it should be locked for any transfer modification. [ Transfer item / Transfer Table and Transfer Server should not be allowed ]. Bill Edit and Void should be allowed.

[It should allow to void item & make the payment, but it should lock all type of transfers]

Extracting customer data

Currently, when I enter customer information into the POS I can not extract that data unless there has been a transaction. Therefore, I can not extract my whole customer list to market to all customers that I've collected email addresses for. The customer extract should allow me to pull all customer contact information, not just the contact information for the customers that have a transaction on their record.

Customization of guest receipts and kitchen tickets

I've had more than a couple locations wanting to alter how tickets or receipts print. Currently the only option is that they print as they are entered, but no other choices. 


If we could have an option where modifiers were added to where their usual position is, and not at the bottom it would help make lines make less mistakes. 

So a burger, that has its mods first, then sides, followed by drink. If you put no onion after the rest is in it prints like.

Hamburger

Fries

Coke

No Onion

Since the mods come first it should be or at least have the option to be able to print like this.

Hamburger

No Onion

Fries

Coke

Currently the only way to fix that is to void all the mods and re enter them. This adds time at faster paced food entry locations, or causes mistakes to happen if they already added onion.

Same on custom options for customer printed receipts. Make it so we can alter how items go on the order and print for guest slips. Like bunching them together by course or category instead of by seat and how they are entered. 

The only limited customization things on there now are font size and the location of the table name for the most part.

Sub category of a Category

What I mean is to be able to have a couple of categories, such as Beverages to be available in other categories for streamlining and faster entries, or a category of Fryer foods the might be ordered with a sandwich such as French Fries or Onion rings ...etc. If a customer orders a hamburger with french fries and a soda, that's a lot of hopping around for that one seat. I know a way to do it but then I would have 10 different french fry entries all labeled different.
