1. There needs to be an option to allow the prep time clock to start AFTER the order has been placed at the register not at the time the check is opened. Currently as soon a check is opened the time clock starts and if the customer takes 3-4 minutes to place an order it will show in the KDS that time. This makes it very difficult to track how fast the kitchen is preparing the orders as it combines order time with prep time. 
   
2. There needs to be an option to enable an Alert or Beep sound similar to kitchen printers when an order is fired to the KDS.
   
3. There needs to be an option to fire specific modifiers within the Item to specific KDS. For example, if a Burger is ordered, there needs to be a way to fire the patty to KDS Grill, the veggies to KDS Prep and fries to KDS Frier while maintaining the order number across the KDS displays.

On the Hourly Sales Report when you run the report for a time period like "last week" the report separates out day by day.  When you run the report you should have the option to consolidate the dates so you can view the averages over that time period.

It would be extremely convenient if we could hold a till while someone was on lunch break and then reopen the till when they return.  Right now, if you hold a till you can only close it, not reactivate it.  This causes me to have to close out a cashier for their lunch break and then close out their relief after only 30 minutes to try to keep everyone accountable for their funds.

Macaluso's is complaining that Servers can open the same check on two iPad at the same time. Means he wants if one server selected the table and adding items and items didn't send to the kitchen yet, the system will not update the same on the second iPad that table is open and the second server can open the same table on the second iPad.

Instead of including Service Charge in the toggle for Tax Summary under Settings>Printer Configuration>Front End Recipt, crate a separate toggle. This way you can turn it on or off depending if you actually have a service charge set up on the Store Settings of Back Office. Picture included shows LEFT with Tax Summary, RIGHT without Tax Summary.

GST & CIN Number in Supplier/vendor as well as in Customer

I had a catering order that was started on paper and the client didn't pay until the next week. I would like to be able to add the sale to the week it was delivered.  I guess back date and order so the sale reflects the day it was delivered.
