Give an option for the kitchen printer to have the payment type. An example would be if they paid cash or card, we can’t tell if the customer paid with online orders so this way we don’t have to run to the iPad to check instead it would be on the kitchen ticket. Also allow the kitchen printer to show the total of the bill with the tax, fee and tip when they pay online. 

The ability to increase the font size on the KDS.  

Is there any way we can put this "Open Dollar Gratuity" request on their future update board?

This seems to be a very hot topic with our 1st customer Pannullo's using Linga and they are not happy about it.
They want to be able to do an Open Dollar Gratuity on the POS system.

Hope you are doing great !!. The steps I told you before in the earlier email were to put a custom message into an email receipt for REGULAR orders. This email receipt template available at the back office does not apply to web orders. As of now, for web orders Email receipt we have a hardcoded template to which we cannot make any changes like the one required. Linga has nothing that would assist restaurants with reservations.

90% of our clients who take reservations use Resy.

Number of POS systems that integrate with Resy is growing on weekly basis. Linga should not fall behind.

I understand how the current 86 List works along with the countdown QTY displayed on an item. It has its place and can be functional in some situations. However, it would be very nice to have the ability to quickly 86 an item from the POS.

For example, if we could simply long-press on a menu item button and get a pop-up menu that would allow a manager to 86 an item that recently ran out. They could also do the same thing to re-enable the item when it's back in stock.

This same option for modifiers would be very nice as well.

Currently, if an item could be 86'd at some point, it has to be set that way in the BOH first. Then it defaults to "0" QTY so the restaurant then has to enter a quantity into the POS so the item can be sold. Even if they put in a large number just to appease the system, it would show that number on the POS and it could be confusing and/or clutter up the screen.

This long-press submenu on an item would be a great place to access drink recipes as well :)

Site requested today to have a confirmation when deleting a payment (especially credit cards) since you cannot simply reapply the payment without acquiring card information again.  A simple warning or a yes/no would be ideal to prevent an accident, especially since it is right beside the adjust/tip button.  

We had a customer request to have the week-to-date hours summary (hours worked) print out when an employee clocks out.

Would be nice to have the ability to collapse and expand sub-category listing in OLO. Currently, if you have sub-categories under a category, they are automatically expanded in OLO and you can't collapse them. I would like to have the option for them to be collapsed by default and then expand them when clicking on the category.

In the Products/items, Modifiers, and Discount sections can we make it inactive first and then have the option to delete it permanently from the inactive menu. Maybe have a red button to delete from inactive next to the green button that makes it active again.

This way we can keep seasonal items under the inactive tab, but can still delete duplicates and items that we will not be getting back to reduce clutter.
