The ability to include or exclude categories and/or items to gratuities. (Like you could with discounts)  It was suggested to use the item service charge for this type of setup.  However item service charge does not apply to an employee like gratuity does for role based payroll.  Gratuities are applied to an employee in which would show up on a payroll report as where an item service charge would need to be manually calculated for each employee every payroll period and manually added to the reports.

Would like to put in a request to have the ability to round up to the nearest quarter.  So if a total of a check is $7.18, the new total would be $7.25, etc.

We have a customer where there stores are mainly situated in Office Parks

They require a field where a company name can be added to the customer, which prints on the slips as well

Also need this for the OLO

I just wanted to request if we can add a feature on the POS System, that will give the capability to modify or Edit the Clock-in Time of the employee even if they haven't clocked-out yet.

It's a real-time capability to edit their clock-in and clock-out time.

 customer that wants the detailed void report added to the sales recap they get at the end of everyday. 

We need a weekly salary option for salary employees.  When an employee has a salary of $800 a week it does not show correctly in the payroll reports.  Monthly does not breakout the time correctly either.

Special instructions details on customers order confirmation and receipts. Customers are requesting this information i their ticket. Currently visible only on kitchen prep tickets. when they place an order online they call us to confirm we got what they typed under that section. We can’t see it either unless we fire the order to the kitchen printer. 

Right now, the Queue displays the Order Number for the customer to track the status of their order.  They may not even know their Order Number.

But I bet they know the name the order was placed under, so wouldn't it make more sense to display the Order Name on the board instead?

It should at least be an option, if not the default setting.

Or both.

Right now you are using "completed" then when we go and read what you did in the topic and we find out you are not going to do it or are unable to do it and mark it "complete" just to close down the topic. This would make the forum faster to sift through.

Would be great to have the ability to add prefixes for entire modifier groups all at once. 

For example "No" "Extra" "One the side" etc. Instead of adding these one at a time in the individual modifier, we should be able to do it all at once and have the same controls as the prefixes in the individual modifiers. Such as, extra price or override price. 

It would visually look the same on the front end with prefixes showing up on the top right corner of the menu, it would also work the same way as an prefix set in the individual modifier. If an individual modifier has a set prefix, it would override the prefixes set in the modifier group for the same modifier. 

At the same time in the modifier group it should have the option to override existing prefixes for individual modifiers as well. 

This will save so much time in menu building, future price changes on the menu, and easier to operate and train merchants.
