Currently when you do a report by item the only way to get a grand total is by exporting to an excel sheet. Would it be possible to add a grand total to the end of these reports? I know a lot of our customers would greatly appreciate it.

When the scheduler sends out published shifts, please include the day of the week along with the calendar date to mitigate confusion about when to work.

THREE REQUESTS When someone goes to order online and they click on the website our hours of operation are up in the right hand corner it also has a huge NOW CLOSED that initially pops up for about 3 to 5 seconds which the customers think we are closed we received two phone calls because of this. We would like our hours of operation removed from our website or placed at the bottom of the page. 

Also when a customer schedules a future order and it prints the ticket in the kitchen the ticket number has an F in front of it. It is very small and hard for the people in the kitchen to see that it is a future order we are requesting either it’s a future order on the title/front of the ticket or maybe on the ticket number where it has the letter S and then the ticket number change the color to red - we do not want the font larger because it prints at a mile long and it cuts off the words. Where it says web order it should say future order for scheduled orders 

The web orders also do not print A receipt upfront so when a customer place is a web order online we would like it to print automatically upfront. We understand that the front of the house can go in and print it manually but it defeats the purpose of the customer putting in the work and doing it online if our front hast to go in there and find the ticket number and print it with web orders it should automatically print a receipt upfront printer.

During a cash transaction, if the customer pays cash, the system tells us what the change would be and then closes the check. There is no way to add a cash tip to the transaction.

The Bar Tab operation with the setting Customer Name should not be at the start of every sale. A bartender typically rings up/enters the sale and would touch Cash, Payment or Finish.  If the bartender hits Finish, that is when the Customer Name question should be asked. You never know until the end of the ring up whether it's going to be paid, or turned into a tab.

When you set up clover flex as payment device, and set it as AUTHORIZE, you don’t get the tip screen before initiating payment. But if you set the clover as SALE, you do get the tip screen. Can we have it to show up when set up as authorize too? That way we can edit tips when left on paper receipt too.

In pos, there is an option to require name when choosing 'dine in' orders, the correct way should be: require 'name' for 'FOR HERE" order type and 'table number' for "DINE IN" order type.
