NRS Has a feature that you can exclude an individual item from dual pricing / surcharge.

This is useful when a merchant sells something like gas in which they are not allow to charge a surcharge on.

Yes I was able to create a  payment type button that excludes the surcharge, called Gas Card, but you can not mix gas and other items in the same check that way.

Automatically assigning the customers name from the card to the tab. Right now the bartender has to remember to do it and it’s a whole other step.

If you sign out of a node would be nice to not have to set the POS settings again after you log back in.  If soemone inadvertently signs out, or replacing a terminal.

If a server sends an item with an incorrect modifier, they ordered a Steak with an add on by mistake, they need to be able to void the modifier without voiding the entire item and re-ringing.

Allow merchants to create inventory items with special characters, i.e. periods (.), hyphens (-). 
Merchants can receive items that have special characters included in the SKU codes from the manufacturer of that product. They are unable to scan these products into their inventory system in Linga. 

Lable printer should be in Portrait view instead of Landscape view. Along with continuous sticky label that cuts for each item.

Need the ability to discount specific seat or check in a table. So if there are 2 seats/checks in one table, we need to apply discount to only 1 seat/check and not the other. This is a simple thing I don’t understand why is this so difficult. 

There needs to be a way to add a partial payment with a gift card for online ordering as well as a 2nd payment option for the remaining balance. This seems like a critical flaw, if I am missing something please message me ASAP.
