We have a lot of scenarios where we need to send an invoice to customers where customers see the invoice and pay it (same idea as paypal payment as an example).

Example, customers order a big order online and pay for it, then during their event, they order on the phone and ask us to send them an invoice. Another scenario, we cater food for trusted customers who we worked with a lot and the ask to send an invoice for them to pay. 

I know I can make the order online or on the POS and take the payment over the phone using their card, but that is not convenient for so many customers. 

this will help with processor or gateway outages, no internet. or bank change approvals and still be able to communicate with terminals and cloud.

Current offline mode cuts communication from cloud which is why I'm requesting a separate offline mode exclusively for Credit Card Payments. 

Currently one of our clients needs the ability to claim cash tips even when that employee does not have sales.

They have an AM Bartender and a PM Bartender, and there are no sales on the PM but they still need to claim cash tips.

When a customer places an order with us and goes to the payment screen, he needs to click on the tips percentage or custom tips to add an amount. The problem is that some customers just try to click on the "0.00" before clicking on the "custom amount" button, and as it doesn't work, they don't leave tips.

Is there a way I could change the default tips amount from "no tips" to "10%" for example? We did some research on other websites and that's what most of them do.

Need the ability to discount specific seat or check in a table. So if there are 2 seats/checks in one table, we need to apply discount to only 1 seat/check and not the other. This is a simple thing I don’t understand why is this so difficult. 

We want to be able to select an "item" and have additional "Fast Cash" Pay option

Where no additional tender screen pops up. Just a simple "Cash" button and you do the math yourself.

1. Select an item
2. Hit "Fast Cash"
3. The sale is ended and the cash drawer opens.
4. No tender window pops up.

This is a must for our locations and a deal-breaker.

Can we please add GRAND SALES (NET + TAX) next to the existing columns with a toggle? Something like the below:

A auto log off feature per role . Ex: cashier 5 min and server 30 seconds 

I want to be available to copy the schedule from the last week and paste for the week follow.
