Allow 'ROLES' for subcategories
I have setup my BackOffice so that I can sell items at a discount to our Wholesale customers, compared to regular price for Retail customers.
When setting up Categories there is a Role for "admin" so only an admin can see that category , but there is no such option for SubCategories.
This creates a problem for reporting. I have no way to see my total bread sales combined for retail and wholesale, as rather than having "retail bread" and "wholesale bread" under the "bread" category, I am forced to have "bread" and "wholesale bread" categories
Please add a Roles field for SubCategories!

Ticket and Item Movement Report
Ticket Movement By Acting User.pdfAuditing report request. A report that would track the movement of tickets and items between wait staff members would be highly useful. This would mitigate a lot of theft issues that are prevalent in restaurants of all types. Please see attached sample report. We're not looking for this format exactly but just as an example.

The ability to turn off Order Summary Receipt
Please add the ability to turn on/off the order summary receipt in the back-end. So that on the front of the house can reflect that change.

Selected dates in reports
In ALL reports, once the date or date period is SELECTED/ENTERED, all other tab reports should DEFAULT to the already selected/entered date or date period.
As is, the entire report module is very difficult, tiresome, and aggravating to use.

CREDIT CARD BATCH SUMMARY REPORT
I know we have a way of selecting a "BATCH" and it will detail each transaction for any day selected. This is great to determine if a tip was missed.
BUT What was ask for is a BATCH SUMMARY. This is so it can list batch totals by day when selecting a range of dates or when you select last 7 days, etc... This will help restaurant owners and accountants to match bank deposits with batches.
BONUS if you can add total transactions as a Column

EMPLOYEE CHECK AUDIT IN TRANSACTIONS
Can we add 2 Columns to the "Transaction Screen". A [Time Added] to see what time things were added and [By Employee] to see which employee added these Items and can be queued up with their surveillance system for confirmation.
This will help Owners and Managers see WHO and WHEN things are added to a check to help weed out theft from employees trying to game the system.

ADD SERVICE RESTRICTIONS TO MODIFIER GROUPS
Is it possible to have the option for service type restrictions under the [Modifier Groups] so we can restrict Groups like Position Numbers from the Bar Tabs, To-Go, Delivery etc...

Including yearly plan in the membership reports
Adding the Yearly plan to the Membership Plan filter within the membership summary report

Displaying store name for enterprise level Menu item & Modifier report
- Enterprise level Menu item & Modifier report – At present these reports will show the combined quantity of items sold. Client is requesting to show a store name, name of the items and quantity sold.
