Control the order of modifiers printed

Have the ability to control the order of modifiers printed on label. This could be assigned to modifier groups so that Baristas can read them in the order that they would make the recipe.

The current system only allows for them to print in the order they are selected according to support. For online customers this would mean putting groups we don't want to advertise as heavily( Ex. Flavors) as customers end up more likely to make odd drinks that they may not end up liking. We also prefer to keep Add ons as the first tab because it is the most common attraction in Boba Lounges. It is however the last thing we would need to know when making the recipe because the drink has to be made first.

Filters for Products/items, and modifiers

In backoffice it would be nice to have the option to sort items better. Currently it is only by alphabetical order, but it would be useful to have the option to do it by category or price. For modifiers maybe it could be done by separating into modifier groups. I realize this could result in duplicates since some might be used in different groups however I still think it would be useful. You can keep Alphabetical as default.

Set Price on Modifier defaults to all Sizes

Currently, if you are setting the price on the modifier with "Set Price," you have to set a price for all sizes that modifier may be used for.     Would be nice to be able to choose ALL SIZES to set the price on.

Enterprise Licensing tracking

Report Example We would like an easier way of tracking licenses in the dealer portal on enterprise accounts. The current method only tells us total license count and the node ID. An exportable Excel or PD format would be very helpful. The attached excel report is an example of what we are requesting. Thanks!

  2. Need a filter in Enterprise Sale Summary "Tender Type" and should have an option to multi select payment name

Image Aspect Ratio Adjustment

Images for buttons in the POS are set up at a 16:9 ratio, while the images on online ordering are square. That means for an image to look right in the POS it will be overly zoomed in on online ordering, and for it to look right on online ordering it is distorted in the POS. I currently have duplicate products for every single menu item to account for this so that the images will look correct in each location (images are very important to my business). Please consider implementing an automatic zoom or aspect ratio adjustment so that images aren't squished and will automatically adjust to fit their respective locations.

Retail Item description field- for use with OLO

Would be super helpful to have this for our customers who are a hybrid environment.  Currently, only menu items have a description field.

Tip / Gratuity Report

Add a toggle on the gratuity report to include Tips.  You will have the option of just show Gratuity, Tips or Gratuity + Tips.

Automated Reports

We need more than just a daily sales recap sent via email to clients. A lot of them also need weekly, monthly sales reports automatically sent and also weekly and bi-weekly employee timecards.

There is a lot of locations that just need timecards sent to their bookkeeper in regular intervals.
