Option for items to be auto sent to kitchen when order is paid.  If an employee forget to send "order" the item and the ticket is paid the kitchen never get notified that the item is needed to be done, this causes missing items and pissed off customers.

Restrict modifiers and modifers groups from printers.  In some QSR settings they may not want drinks that are part of a combo that is set up as a modifer to print at any kitchen printer

The option to remove included modifiers from displaying on the CDS. Feel that it takes up space especially since there is no cost for an included modifier. Only time the included modifier should appear is when it is selected to display the "NO" of that ingredient and or if a prefix is added such as "Extra." It shouldn't be removed entirely as some may want their ingredients to appear, but many do not. I am aware about the kitchen printer setting that removes included modifiers, which is good, this request speaks more to the CDS and or POS screen.

Have the ability to start a membership at any month, and have the renewal be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, etc.

For example, if John Doe starts his membership in July, have it auto-renew October 1st (For quarterly).  Right now we are having to manually do the math to prorate memberships for when a new customer joins. 

I have customers using Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics and have suggested they would love to be able to track their customer bounce rate, their average page time, their click rate, and other metrics on their online ordering page. Combining this information with the new marketing campaign feature would really help drive engagement and sales. Maybe we could add a form field for the Google or Facebook campaign ID.

Ability to send messages directly to the Front of House iPads/Android devices from back of the house that can alert users with messages. 

Can we please have the Bank Deposit listed in the Sale Recap report?  Currently, it is part of till management, but would be good to have this included in the Sale Recap.

We recently ran into a POS that was semi integrated with Pax S300 like Linga and they were able to auto populate the IP address of the Pax devices directly from the POS software. This would be a HUGE time savior and would make remote install and support much easier. 

When we asked about if they knew any additional info as to how this was done, they advised that what they do know is that the Pax file has to be build in Paxstore with "POS Auto Register" enabled under Communications.
