Yes, we have been getting beat up about it for a couple of years. We have trained around it using Split By Check in stead of Split By Seat and even used Discounts to allow items to be void. Looking forward this feature being added.

Yes. This needs to be a feature so a manager or administrator can see the employee pin.

Yes, this would be a great feature. We too had a customer recently do a $5,000 tip.

Depending on your complexity you can probably achieve what you want with discounts. You can set them to be time based and auto applied.
