Yes, I have seen it in the new UI

This would be a great option. What you can also do is create a database you like and then export it. When you set up a trial you could import that database to start with. However, there are some quirky issues with the import tool that are actively being worked on :) but it would do what you want.

Really need this option for a merchant. Seems like it would be a good feature for any merchant that needs to order from multiple vendors. This would allow them to easily review sales from a specific vendor for a period of time so they could re-order accordingly.

However, coming back to this request. You mentioned above filtering by Vendor, but that's for Purchase Orders. What we need is a filter by Vendor for Menu Item sales report. The customer purchases from multiple vendors and needs to be able to filter her menu item sales to show the sales for a particular vendor. This will help her as she does her weekly orders and save her a lot of time.

This is already an option. You can designate an item as 86'ble in  BO an then you can manage the QTY from the iPad and it will countdown and disable the menu item when it reaches 0.

You could also separate the person onto their on check (split by check) and then merge them with the check you want to merge them with.

You can transfer items to another order/table so I think you can do what you want. Have you looked at that? When you're in the table layout screen, select Transfer at the bottom. Then you should have an option at the top to transfer items. You can select a check and then an item on that check and transfer it to another check. I'm not sure if you can do multiple items at once or not, I have not tested that. However it technically could achieve what you want.
