Yes, I just had a merchant enter an $1,800 tip by accident. This would be a great feature.

Yes, I was going to request this same exact thing. We need a support license for all the reasons mentioned. I have an issue right now where a customer is telling me an item is ringing up at the wrong price. I think it's a user error because everything is set up correctly, however, I can't test it without resetting one of their license codes or going onsite. Resetting one of their licenses is inconvenient for the merchant and causes unnecessary headaches. Please think about adding this.
Checking on this. I continue to get requests for this. I have shown them how to comp and item, but it would be nice to be able to void an item even when part of the check is paid. For example, split by seat and one guest pays and leaves, we need to be able to void an item from another seat.

Checking on this again. I had the merchant reach out again and said this is becoming a real headache for them. The split by check instead of by seat is not a real option for them as it causes other headaches in the kitchen. Let me know.
I don't think you can set it by role, only by user. I would love to see it set by role as well.
