Tip Threshold setting
Ability to cap tip by % of base amount. % to be defined in backoffice. I have a merchant who have accidentally keyed in $50k tip and recently an $86k tip by accident and it creates a situation where if you refund there is a risk of a chargeback too then you could potentially lose a large amount of $

Same here. Had a site put a 1K tip on a debit. Card holder returned next day threating violence,, yea. so owner cut a check then card holder did a charge back and bam,,, that was a great pizza..
Had a customer meaning to do a $20 do a $2000 tip instead.
It should work where you can set a limit that can be bypassed by manager code, imo.
Not sure why this isn't already a feature??? I've never used a POS without it!
Yes, this would be a great feature. We too had a customer recently do a $5,000 tip.
